Thank you for the great interview with Steve Ehrlich! Steve is so interesting, knowledgeable, kind, and such cool collecting - and modest. Great interview Alex! Can't wait to read the article, having heard about some of Steve's adventures and finds, and now these Nothobranchius species/locations are here because of Steve's work.
Thanks, so glad you liked it! Steve is indeed great and just knows SO much. This interview easily could have gone on for hours! Hope you enjoy the article, and that whole killifish issue, it's a winner (in my not always totally humble opinion).
Interesting stuff ! Killifish not my thing but it's cool to see the passion for them and firsthand account.
Hello my old friend, Steve!!!! Super Cool Interview!!!

You're very welcome, so glad you enjoyed it!
Very good talk, thanks! Very interesting about the lions. I hope there wasn't very many mosquitoes.
At least there would be plenty of killies to eat the mosquito larvae though right? :)
@@AMAZONASMagazine yes i would think that is a major food for them!
Oddly no mosquitoes at all, but malaria still remains a major problem in Kenya. Seriously, not a one, but probably because of the season.
@@codasteve oh ok cool, i bet you still had to get the shots though!
