    I've lost count of how many of your tutorials that I've followed. But, thank you so much for another adorable crochet design and tutorial!!!

    Nice video. Just wish you went slower for the people that wanna learn. Also theres parts that you skip that i wish you didnt so we could see how you did it. Like in the beginning like how did you make it round? Thats the part that always gets me

      You can adjust the playback speed by pressing the 3 dots at the top right of the video and set the playback speed to .5 or .75. Or even .25 whatever helps

      Si why don’t you first learn how to crochet and then start making amigurumis of this skill level ?? Because in my opinion this person goes on a really nice speed

      I agree! I tried playing it slower and I think I kind of understand but it is definitely not made for beginners. I wish I understood the lingo up top!

      No one asked you hun...
      Everyone learns differently and I been crocheting for a while, but I too wish she would have shown everything in detail. Next time pick your battles...

      I usually pause it to check the steps, personally what I did is to practice more before stepping to making amigurumi, now Im making amigurumis.

    Tip for people saying its too fast, get a notepad or notes up on your phone or tablet and write out the steps that are written at the top of the video so then you can do it at your own pace and mark off where youre up to, then come back to the video and change the playback speed to 0.5x or even 0.25x speed so you can see it more clearly if youre unsure of how to do something and if youre still struggling go to google and search how to do whatever stitch or whatever it is youre trying to do and most of the time it will come up with an in depth video for that stitch. This is how i have been doing my projects lately and its been working really well for me. This video is not for an absolute beginner and thats why its not as in depth as people would like but it is still doable with a little more work and research, i hope this was helpful for all those struggling

    Do you ever just use one piece of that yarn and make really tiny amigurumi with it? I love the way it looks when you double up the thin yarn but I'm curious.

    • @karenbernal7068
      @karenbernal7068 3 роки тому +1

      I don't think they put enough yarn in the kit to double it?

    • @tooth2163
      @tooth2163 2 місяці тому

      I have just realised the yarn was double after making the body and head, moving to the feet and then wondering why it's 2 strands now, rewind back and sure enough it's supposed to have been 2 strands all along. I'll let you know how a mini one turns out since I'm not going to start again from this point, maybe make the right one next time and compare.

    I really like the way this turned out for you but do you think you could do a voice over? I’m getting lost trying to keep up with your fast fingers. I’m a little older than most so my hands and eyes are slower. I would really appreciate it 🙏

    • @brainz6928

      Hey! I’m fairly new to crocheting but the way I did this was to just pause it and skip ahead to the patterns/stitches, and only watch when I wasn’t 100% sure what to do. This took me about two days to finish but I hope this helps!

  • @hockeyheart7
    @hockeyheart7 4 роки тому +1

    Do you by any chance have a video on how to decrease? I only know how to increase and make a circle but I’ve never learned how to decrease back down. 🥰

    • @jillfairchild2385
      @jillfairchild2385 4 роки тому +2

      She is putting the hook in the front loop only of the first stitch in the decrease, then putting the hook in the front loop only of the next stitch and finishing off the single crochet as normal. This creates one stitch but uses up two stitches from the row below

      It doesn't matter what crochet hook you use. Make sure the hook size is suitable with the yarn you're using.
