It still easier than HM1 and 2 made by proteh, so even if youre not very good, you still can do it deathless/no super weapons (no idea if zeromaster used super weapons though).

@@nimashamayeli9201 imo the only thing they could change is how many extra lives you get and change the points they give at the end, maybe making 2000 or 4000 if you want to go the extreme, i reached the last area with 31 extra lives and I even lost a few because of my controller dying

Absolutely amazing skills this guy I'm watching it not only because it's brilliant to watch but also studying what zero master does to hopefully improve my approach to this not long watch him do the world spear master level for the same reasons. I'm not a bad player by no means a ultra nightmare level of skill but campaign on nightmare level is where I'm at don't do battle mode myself just isn't my thing though I do love playing as a arch vile though I'll give it that lol but yeah decino channel by watching him it helped me get to that level of skill mainly seeing what best mods and runes to use and how to better approach each fight basically lol

@Bzake Maybe what you thought was unbeatable eventually becomes beatable. It’s like zombies in call of duty. There’s no way into it so you can’t technically beat it but the waves just keep getting stronger and harder. Except for this game it most in definitely gets the better of you.
@Bzake They mean an ‚endless‘ mode where each wave becomes increasingly harder until you eventually get overwhelmed. Those modes are unbeatable by definition, which is fine since they are about beating the highscore aka other people‘s score.
I only wish there wasn’t such a delay between the time you pull the heart from the gore nest to initiate the fight and the time the demons actually spawn. I know it’s like 6 seconds but it’s still irritating when you’re ready to rock.

This is more like Arcade Mode than Horde Mode. When I heard the name Horde Mode, really what I was expecting was you fighting endless waves of enemies until you eventually lose. That sounds more like Horde Mode to me. Not platforming, collecting coins or killing certain amounts of demons in a certain time frame. But whatever. It's still fun and challenging.
I did my first horde mode run was on nightmare and my first completed run was on nightmare (I did nightmare runs exclusively until I beat a full run) and it was difficult as fuck and especially the absolute final wave it was insane but it was a lot of fun and I am not gonna give a full review on the mode but it was a really good mode and worth the wait I would give it a 10/10 (side note the reward for completing horde mode on nightmare I think is awesome and I personally kinda prefer it over ultra nightmare base campaign reward but it’s my personal preference)
The reaction time to see the marauder out of the corner of his eye, swap to SSG, and shoot all in less than half a second at 41:50 is INSANE. Everything about this is awesome but moments like that remind me how fucking good people are at this game.

I wish they could have made horde mode online co-op option either survive alone or with a friend, plus they could have added few more content in horde mode in doom eternal like adding only few cheat codes from the campaign and put it in horde mode.
I don't understand if you fire the BFG but collect an ammo pick up for it, do you still get max BFG bonus? Can you not fire the BFG at all if you want max points? I saw on the leaderboards someone made it to over 600,000 points, how the hell did they do that?

Did anyone else notice an invisible mancubus during the last wave? Like it wasn't a spectre, it was completely invisible. Hard to tell, but I think it was invulnerable too because I kept trying to shoot where the fire was coming from and it never died no matter how many shots I took

I think that's what mods are for, tbh getting to Zero Master's skill level is extremely difficult.

Ingame tip says NEVER fire BFG for bonus. In all caps like so. So id asume u mustnt fire it at all
Maybe it’s a bug but you do get all the points if you refill your bfg shots up to 60.
You’ll get a bonus if you DONT fire the BFG at all during the whole thing, regardless if you refill your ammo you’ll not get those bonus points.
