Kira's point is so true...its the endless sitting and not realizing how tight those muscles are. When I think I can't do a move, it's often due to tight hamstrings! Thank you!!
My new daily body prayer - great, thanks! A tight mind, a tight body and I do believe the secret of happiness for the modern sitting human being lies within flexible thighs & hips. Not only the more advanced yoga poses but ordinary tasks are challenged if the hamstrings are too tight. Flexibility is key!
Great morning practice for hamstrings! My legs feel much more flexible after and I woke up with a sore neck and these stretches really helped relieve my neck pain. Thank you Brett!

Just tried this this morning. It helped a lot 😊. I have a very tight right hamstring and it slow me down a bit while doing yoga. Thank you from the bottom of my hamstring 😂.
Omggggggg the crack & pop that took place lolol...i felt lightheaded on my way up from the last wide legged....but like a good one a nice release freeing me of what is no longer serving me💚💚💚💚

Thank you. Another good easy session. Can you incorporate pigeon for beginners. Hamstrings are important, but I find that my glutes and lower back are holding me back from being able to sit cross legged comfortably (and look as pro as you do). Or do you have a video you could recommend? Namaste!

Yes! It happens to me too when I practice yoga. My low back hurts. I guess I am doing something wrong, but can't really capture what it is :-(
