This seems like a great recipe, glad to see you collabin' with a few breweries! Hopefully guys at Ox can learn something from this and see if they can purge some lines, it's a simple fix that will make a big impact on all of their hoppy brews.
Yeah I had high hopes for this batch. To clarify, this was 100% on me and my homebrew club (unless the issue was with the keg, which should have been fully purged). Old Ox paid for the ingredients and we used their location to brew, ferment and store the kegged beer. The equipment for brewing, fermenting and kegging was all owned by the homebrew club. Old Ox makes pretty solid beers and I have never noticed oxidation issues in the beers they brew.
great video. Oxidation is the worst... I had a hazy turn on me a few years back and I thought never again.. now I'm paranoid about it to better results. Cheers!
Man that really stinks about the oxidation. Looking forward to seeing the next collab

@@CascadesHomebrew oh that's still awesome that they let you loose in the brewhouse!

Glad you enjoyed the video. People at the brewery seemed to enjoy the beer, but it was not up to the level I wanted.
