The day before this year's London to Brighton Veteran Car Run, the public could see many of the cars participating in the event up close in central London for glittering Concours, all of them helping to make the city even more of an essential destination than usual and whetting the appetite for the 126th anniversary of the Emancipation Run. This year the Concours was at Marlborough Road, next to St James’s Palace.
