Chicken dad is coming back with new series "Chicken Nugget" soon! 😂 It seems like he really is a fate to be a chicken dad! Also, LHN (the female actress) came with new short series called "Knight (Blooming) Flower" and it's nicely done historical drama. I strongly recommend "Death's Game" for the next reaction. The series is short but deep and beautiful! "A Shop for Killers" is also very good action series to watch!

Both protagonists and antagonists are veterans with top notch act skills! If you like this kind of action-comedy stuff you can check out "The Fiery Priest" drama. That main girl detective Honey Lee was in this drama with Kanghoon's dad from Moving too. Seriously the drama is so chaotic and fun to watch. Fyi they're gearing up for season 2 that might come out next year.
28:10 fun fact, he's played an owner of a chicken place 3 times now, became a zombie in Kingdom, and played a dude who's legendary for taking stabbings in Moving. This movie is weirdly the culmination of his career lol
Extreme Job was so good indeed!!! I would recommend Hello Ghost (2010 movie) it's also funny with a good story and a little twist. Cha Taehyun (Bungaeman from Moving) is the main character in this movie.
He is the villain in "the kingdom series", "war of arrows" and "the admiral" the most grossing film in korea, he is best in antagonist and protagonist
You two should definitely watch Kingdom(available on Netflix) to explore more of Ryu Seung Ryungs amazing acting talent. This guy is a powerhouse and legend of acting!!

I think you will like "The Fiery Priest". The gorgeous lady detective is one of the main characters and she is amazingly goofy too in that k-drama.
This is such a perfect execution of a slapstick-ey comedy without being cringey. Bollywood movies need to learn from this.

The director of this film has a new series coming out on N-flix this week named 'Chicken Nugget' about a woman who gets turned into... a chicken nugget. No joke, its a real thing. Starring that actor you like. I'm almost through re-re-rewatching his previous series 'Melo Is My Nature'.

In case you guys haven't watched Kingdom yet, that show is a MUST! One of the best series ever, and Ryu Sung Ryeong played a villain character, so outstanding and brilliant actor he is.

The first one is more of a drama style of a movie, and the second one is a documentary-like movie. Thank you!

The funny thing is.. this is actually happend in real life😂... In my country there's viral story on internet that a cop/police undercover disguise as meat ball soup Restaurant owner... And in the end the cop quite their job as police and become full time restaurant owner 😂 he said.. his meat ball soup recipe unexpectedly loved by many people and he got so much Profit as restaurant owner than being police 🤣🤣🤣

So glad you all finally reacted to this movie. I saw Jaby's reaction to the preview years ago and was hoping you all would try to catch it. It was hard to find in the US, but this movie got me through the pandemic. I bought a digital copy on Apple iTunes until they stopped carrying it. I was so glad Amazon picked it up and now I've got a copy there. If it's now more available in the US, hoping to let more people know about it. Michael's right this is an excellent way to get other people into Korean cinema (and eventually k-drama) as it once held the top spot for highest grossing and most viewed in Korea. The comedy is universal. Enjoyed watching your reactions to the movie. Great observations.
The main guy, Ryu Seong Ryong, has another hilarious movie called "Psychokinesis", where he suddenly developed superpowers and ended up with yet another chicken shop. It's kinda become his signature at this point, but he does it so well. Lol Really hope you guys can check that out too!
For Korean movies, I really recommend the Assassination. It's one of the highest grossing films in Korea. I don't see anyone reacting to it yet, which is a shame given how good the film is. The main actor is the lead actor in Squid Game.
If you want to watch noir, I'd also recommend New World. Absolutely an insane watch.

Please react to Welcome to Waikiki S1. It's one of the most, if not the most funniest KD dramas out there. If you ask a Kdrama fanatic, it's probably their Top 1 or Top 2 in terms of Comedy. Lee Yi-kyung (Park Min-Hwan) is one of the main characters there and he was so funny and iconic in that drama. Many can't take him seriously in his character in Marry My Husband because of his funny character in Welcome to Waikiki.

I really recommend you guys to also watch other Moving actors' movies! Because all the adult actors on Moving are famous movie actors!
Here are my recommendations:
1. Zo Insung (Kim Doosik actor): Dirty Carnival (gangster movie, Achara reacted to the trailer bcs this movie inspired Jigarthanda), The King (fun political thriller movie), The Great Battle (fun war movie), Smugglers (comedy action heist movie)
2. Cha Taehyun (Bungaeman actor): Along with the Gods movie series (fantasy action movies), My Sassy Girl (classic korean romcom movie)
3. Ryu Seungbum (Frank actor): his movies are mostly action thriller, there are New World, The Unjust to mention few of them
4. Han Hyojoo (Lee Mihyun actor): Beauty Inside, Always (both of them are beautiful romance drama movie, Cold Eyes (thriller movie), The Pirates 2 (Korean Pirates of the Carribean, it's fun but the plot is rather simple with hilarious characters)
I also recommend Kingdom (zombie appocalypse set in feudal Korea) and Happiness (also action zombie) series in Netflix, it's starring Ryu Seungryong and Han Hyojoo respectively. Zo Insung and Cha Taehyun stars in a reality show called Unexpected Business where they became owners of a supermarket for 10 days, if you guys interested, you guys would find the show in english subtitle from various sources.

Highly recommend Along with the gods, the first movie has the main actor is Bungaeman in Moving, the 2nd movie has Ma Dongseok who in Train to Busan as a side character. 1st movie focus in the main' character's life while 2nd movie focus in the past of the gods. Both are great
