probably the best deadlifter on the planet!
Yes, he is indeed :D
lol, he can deadlift 2.7x bodyweight.... richard hawthorne can deadlift 4.8x bodyweight
Gabriel Mahound i was just eating my snack when your BS turned up on my screen. you are young and act like a young man but why not speak the truth and be a good person instead of speaking crap?
please tell me where I was wrong
Yeah but Eddie weight 30 and a half stone
I'm a simple man, I see "Eddie Hall deadlift" and I press on Like button :3
That's how the deadlift is done by the king of deadlift Eddie Hall.
Eddie had another three reps in him.Amazing to watch.
stephenjw45 probably more than that. he did 13 reps on the car deadlift during wsm 16
Max Mustermann Good point, he still looked fresh at the end. He is becoming stronger all-round.
stephenjw45 i truly believe he'll dominate wsm 17 this year, he got close last year but got beaten by Shaw
joe nolan He was still badass enough to continue on with the rest of the competition. This year should go better for him
he won
Every rep looked like the first rep
nice cardio
eddie hall 350 kg for 9 reps, with 9 reps left in the tank lol
How many people walking the earth could do that? Maybe 20 out of 7 billion?
Elmo Blatch 1
A lot more than that. Doesn’t make it not impressive though.
@@reubenbell1980 I'd actually say a lot less, especially at the time Elmo actually made that comment. World Record for 400KG has been stuck at 5 reps for quite awhile, this is Eddie throwing up 350KG for 9. Only people right now that could possibly match that would maybe be Ivan Makarov and Rauno Heinla. Even among the top 20 strongest men in the world, most don't have a deadlift as good as Eddie or Thor did in their peaks.
For the reps he could of have actually done that day if had to, lets say if he had to do 14-15 reps to win he probably could of have done it. I believe nobody else could do that when ever Eddie Hall was at his peak. He was probably among the strongest if not the strongest human being ever during 2017-2018.
How many people walking the earth actually train to do that? A thousand, maybe?
faster than my 275 -_-
edit: lbs of course
Whyou Wannaknow bro do u even lift? just kidding man, my max so far is just 315 lbs
my max is 405 and im 11 yo
@@Dr.WhetFarts im 8 and my max is 645kg for 14 reps
@@Dr.WhetFarts what’s ur max now that ur ‘13’
@@BenjieWinney he would be 9 rn remember 11+2=9 so he should be 9 rn.
amazing
he is such a powerful lifter
Very inspiring
Eddie repping out every strongman event like nothing. Viking press, squat, you name it
He is rock solid
There's a reason he's called "the beast", just look at his deadlifting power here, incredible.
It’s like once he lifted 500kg every else became way easier than before what a beast!
Deadlift king.
I think he could do more reps ... till the sun goes down ! :-D Awesome !
I think he had about 13 in him
The beast
After seing this he makes Thor look like a amature.
Thor is currently the best deadlifter in history
Thor did 350 for 10 on an axle lol
got it for 10 yesterday
guess he cold do max 2-3 more on this:)
I can't even do half that for that many reps.
He should of done one more and made that a perfect 10 reps.
Hiso 8
More impessive than 500 kg actually
A few other people are also capable of this and even more reps with 350, while 500 kg is still only between Eddie and Thor.
Imagine having front row seats and then spending most of the time watching the monitor to your left instead of the fella pulling right in front of you.
What do you mean? Another guy was deadlifting too
@Tim De Boer, wait are you saying there was another guy or were you asking if there was another guy. If you look at the billboard behind him where it says "best in class" - on the front row, a fella, he's always looking to his left which I presumed was a screen because no one else in front row was looking that direction. But I don't know, you sit on front row seats to watch an event realtime, not a monitor.
@@sammylpt9076 It's 1 vs 1 I think. You also hear another bar hitting the ground.
@Tim De Boer, you may actually be right, strange though how there doesn't seem to be any other footage of this event in to show off someone else lifting at the same time as Eddie. When you look at the other Strength Asylum videos of BSM if two people are competing you see both competitors. Plus, hardly anyone in the crowd seems to be looking to their left, just one dude. No one shouted come on to anyone except Eddie either. But you could be right though, now I'm doubting myself.
@Tim De Boer, actually you're 100% correct. Shahlaei only managed 5-reps. So yeah my bad on that one. I take it all back. Now don't i feel like a goof!
The best deadlifter of all time?
Thor is coming!
What is that like 350lbs???????????????????
350kg
770lbs
I think he still got 2-3 rep more. Why didnt he continue. Anyway eddie is the real thing..
Jack Jack you mad bruh?
Mad? Are u normal?
Jack Jack you look kinda mad
Yeah u look like the smart and normal guy im sure lol
Jack Jack you mad
actually big z lifted 360 kg x 8 in wsm years ago
but big z never lift 500 kg with standardized and calibrated plates and bars so eddie still the strong here in deadlift ofc
Car deadlift mate
Ofc Thor just did 10 😂
Hypertrophy work haha
He's always so dramatic at the end of his deadlift sets lol. Takes nothing away from his impressive deadlifts tho
misha's 362,5 χ 9 was more badass
Misha also took a break each rep, with the last few being longer
AQHackAQ but it looked more badass for some reason
And Eddie do 5*400kg
He is strong but why does he have such inproper technique the way he lifts it isn’t right
Lack of mobility. Wide hips. Bio-mechanics. Other factors...
No such thing as improper technique in Strongman. You either lift it or you don't.
