      You can’t just train like he was at his size for years on end and not end up in a hospital or dead. He was smart to call it quits when he did.

      -Probably- the best static presser, puller and squatter of all time

      @@dummy9517 nah that title goes to either Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson 460 kg squat/ 501 kg deadlift / 213 kg ohp / 1174 kg total or Vladislav Alhazov 532.5 kg squat/ 450 kg deadlift / 160 kg ohp / 1142.5 kg total for comparison Eddie has the lowest static total of the three here at 405 kg squat/ 500 kg deadlift / 216 kg ohp / 1121 kg total. When you just do squat, bench deadlift. Eddie places 9th all time and pretty soon gonna be knocked out of top 10 ☹️

      He never tried to do a meet..
      Have you seen what he did for reps..
      265x6 bench , 345x7 squat.. no belt no wraps no nothing.. thor ripped his chest doing lighter than that..
      Also his 500kg deadlift was just part of his wsm training.. thor was specialist training..
      Eddie is and always will be staticly the strongest..

    i see people forming this opinion that these fat strong guys just work on strength and eat shit and get fat and just lift alot of weights.
    The are proper athletes, they eat so so clean during their prep. that belly you see is made 80% of muscles. and they aowk ALOT on flexiblity, mobility and form. They have to, to be able to lift those weights. so don't come here saying that form is bad, he's fat gonna die and stuff. they are eating healthier than you.

      Nonsense. Eddie ate like an entire cheesecake and two liters of ice cream every day when he was this big and would definetly die early if he had continued for longer.

      eating the amount of calories they eat to achieve a very heavy bodyweight is not healthy even if you eat a lot of super healthy whole foods to achieve it, it is not a healthy. its a lot of stress for your internal organs and heart, putting your body under that constant high calorie and high protein intake everyday is not healthy in the long run.

      RNavas Fitness I know. But still, he's looking down when he's pulling and his upper back is rounded. He pulled 500kg because he is strong as a god. But the thing is, if you watch the 500kg deadlift, he used perfect technique, much better than here

      Nobodies like to preach. What next, you will teach arnold how to bodybuild? His back is not rounded, it very muscular. And upper back can be a little bit rounded.

      Straight lower back, rounded upper back to reduce range of motion, no change in back position through the lift, how is this bad form? Tip: It's not.

      Nothing wrong at all, slight thoracic rounding which is the top half of the spine is fine. His lats are taking a huge amount of the load and his lower back is flat and stable. He's an animal with ridiculous strength.

    • @neal520
      @neal520 3 роки тому +2

      you think hes rounding because of his thick spinal erectors his spine is relatively neutral
