Celery juice doesn't prep the gut for digestion. That's what ACV & lemon do. Celery juice will give you a good hit of balanced electrolytes & that's probably why she's referring to it in terms of her skin.
      It's probably more hydrated x

She means that olive oil has a low smoke point, about 400 degrees F. So cook it on low! No need to avoid. Also, by toxins , she means “acrylamides” produced from burnt foods. Olive oil is fine, just not on high heat. I wish she didn’t misinform people!!

People complain about the low amount of carbs but I'm happy that she shows what works for her as some people like me get really fat and bloated on carbs. Avocado oil is by far 'one' of the safest oil for high heat cooking, like frying, due to its extremely high smoke point (as high as 449 degrees F). You can use avocado oil just like your regular frying oil to reduce the risk and make a healthier choice. I buy cold pressed. Also, Avocado is considered a cholesterol lowering food and may improve the balance of HDL and LDL in the body. I'm not a licensed dietitian or nutritionist or doctor, I'm just sharing.

Did she even have 1500 calories while working out on top? From eying out, i don't think so. Avocados are great healthy fat but they don't have as many calories as you would suspect.
    Celery juice - ~10 calories
Smoothie - ~350 calories with most of the calories coming from the avocado
Budha Bowl ~ 300 calories (this is being generous. 4 oz of salmon is only 160 calories and and a full head of cauliflower is 50 calories. Kimchi is low calories because it's primarily cabbage and spices)
Pesto zoodle ~400 calories and this is being VERY generous. Though the walnuts and olive oil are high in calories, she's eating maybe 1/6 of the sauce she created. It's about 40 calories for 2 cups of zoodles.
Ladies, please don't think this is healthy. It's not. She would actually lose more weight if she ate more but her metabolism is probably wrecked from eating low calories and working out on top of that. I know she's super active and athletic, she'd have an even more banging body if she'd up her protein and calories. As active as she and her husband are/or appear to be, i'd think her TDEE is at a minimum 2200 calories regardless of height.
