Ya'll this editor needs a raise.! We need a Food Diary of what the Editor eats in a day. That Eminem in the corner with the first few notes of Lose Yourself got my eyes watering and my belly jiggly. I rewound that back three times. I am absolutely tickled.

I met Carla at a food festival in Chicago in 2012 she was the only famous person I’ve ever randomly seen so I was like CARLA?! (You really can’t mix her up with anyone LOL) She laughed and gave me a big hug! Such a sweet person.

Love the air fryer gospel because I was curious about them, but felt the same like “ahhh it’s just a mini oven”, and in 2020 I broke down and bought one for my mom for Christmas- and it was like I found a new best friend. It makes everything awesome, and so fast. And I’m someone obsessed with cooking. I legit made Beef Wellington when I was 13. It didn’t come out great, but it was still good. Anyways, the air fryer is amazing.

Oh @Carla Hall I used to boil my oatmeal over every morning too. I found a quick fire (pun intended) way to stop it. I actually cook my oatmeal at 50% instead of 100%. There’s an easier way of doing it too. Every two minutes you stop the microwave and stir your oatmeal but sometimes I would forget. With that method you will find you cut your cooking time down to 4 minutes. I was glad to know someone else ended up with a messy microwave after cooking oatmeal.

The ones found in the UK and the rest of Europe taste different (better) due to them having less artificial ingredients due to stricter food regulations.
Okay the salt and vinegar Poppables are GOAT-worthy. They disappear immediately on the tongue so you end up eating the entire family-sized bag.
Why UK or airport peanut m&ms? They sell them everywhere in the US. Regardless I love this!
The UK ones taste better, the ingredients are different due to the UK's stricter food regulations.

We call oatmeal porridge in UK. Every morning I have huuuuuge bowl with chia seeds or maple depending how I need to get revved up for! I had 3 bowls a day when pregnant 14 years ago and had to wean off it 😝 amazing quick meal of need something quick & can add cinnamon, Demerara sugar, dried fruits, banana etc. Always with milk nice & thick. Why water? Never understood that as it’s all protein 💪🏻

I love Carla too, but my sister has never been a confident cook. During season 5 Carla allowed her sous chef, Casey to determine how she should cook her dish. The second time she was on All stars, her dish wasn’t the best. Also I believe Tom Collichio set up that season to hand the win to Richard Blais. I feel Carla is not a competitive cooker/chef. She is an excellent cook and personality who needs time to create and cook with love. I was heart broken when they canceled The Chew. That was her format, and her, Clinton, and Michael were magic together on that show. I miss seeing her on TV daily. 🙂
