Ordering a coffee to your house every morning, which is cold by the time it arrives, so it needs to be heated up again? How wasteful. At least 365 coffee cups in the trash per year.

she honestly eats a ton of healthy food (greens, avocados) and minimal amounts of what she just stated in this video. Except if she actually said that people wouldn’t like her lol. The common people love hearing her say she eats pop tarts and bread for breakfast lunch and dinner
@@joeythelipz Carbs do not make you gain weight, it really depends all on the overall diet and lifestyle. Plus, people who think certain food are the devil tend to have a bad relationship with food. They have behaviors like avoiding certain foods at all cost for some days and then binge eating on the food they are contently trying to avoid. very often, the binges happen when no one is watching. All I am saying is, I do think she is being somewhat honest but you never really know.

@@girlsaturn8621 low blood sugar doesn't always mean everything is working well lol. If you eat too much sugar, your body could be overproducing insulin to compensate and keep your blood sugar low. That's fine when you're 20, but you'll be diabetic by the time you're 45 when your pancreas literally goes and dies

This is what she eats on her birthday. The rest of the year is no bread, no sugar, and only steamed veggies.

That’s around 450-470 kcl per serving for those, and if she has a salad for lunch or nibble on what ever else she mentioned, she is still eating way less in a day than is recommended. She is not eating a regular breakfast and a muffin. Most people eat a sandwich, eggs, drink orange juice plus have some yoghurt with cereal. This comes in to close to 600-700 kcl just for breakfast. Then add snacks that many will have 2-3 times in a day. Lunch with a full serving and often a bit more than that and dinner and some have a sandwich or two in the evening. Her amount in a week is keeping her steady or losing weight, while people who eat a norm diet where they allow themselves some extra stuff several times a week, which will result in a steady weight gain annually. With the big Starbuck drink I don’t think she will finish the entire muffin though. The way she spoke it sounds more like she’s snacking through her day and not sitting down for proper adult servings.
it's called fast metabolism. go educate yourself on it. i have always been able to eat WHATEVER i want and as much as i want, yet i barely gain any weight:)

I'm not sure if I believe what she is saying. There was a video of Brooklyn cooking pasta on a cheese wheel. She only took 2 or 3 bites out of it. It was saddening to watch as her husband had put in so much of effort into it, needless to say the cheese wheel would been expensive as well
Those things always take forever to film so the food is usually cold by the time they get to eat it. Plus she might be trying not to have a mouthful while she is on camera
People rarely eat the entire plate when they are being filmed. Also, she just said she can't eat very much dairy.

I eat like a 10-year-old as well so it’s nice to know I’m not alone 😅 luckily, my mom is a fantastic cook and she did pass the skills down… I also have the worst sweet tooth and I love baking, so I definitely have to restrain myself 🍰

Sounds more like not an interest in learning how to cook, and doesn’t sound like someone who was taught to expand when it comes to what they eat- the result with people like that is usually that they get stuck eating like a child. She also sounds like someone who grew u having things handed to her, rather than being encouraged to learn and do it herself. I mean most people would not justify it to themselves to order in one drink from starbucks every single morning. Most would make something on their own (to save on the environment’s respurces, to feel they managed to do a simple task and to not spend money just because you have lots of it). It’s giving adult, but who still lives like a child in the sense there is a lack of adult responsibilities in her life (even such a basic thing as cooking is not of interest to her which is our core survival thing to know).
She seems sweet though! I pin this on her ubringing.

It’s true! During the beginning of Covid, my friend that was 37 at the time and never got into cooking decided to look up a bunch of recipes and watched a lot of cooking videos. Now he cooks like a Chef.

I forget that there are people in this world that cannot cook. What would they have done during covid when everything was shut down and shelves were empty? Scary.
They got food delivered. There was an American guy that came to rent a room where I was staying during the first lockdown, who explained that he came over to London from Paris because in Paris they banned uber eats and deliveroo. The delivery guys in London were making good money, good for them.
You would not believe how many people can’t cook. I’m 25 and have had five roommates within the past two years and none of them could cook.
I don’t know why parents aren’t teaching their kids basic life skills like cooking. Granted, this girl is obviously rich, so she’s fine.

A friend of mine has been waiting tables in NYC for almost 20 years. He told me that the majority of the stick thin women that he waits on (actresses, models, etc) take a few bites, then dumps salt all over their entrees so that they can’t eat any more of it.
