I can't understand why Eurovision songs like this often don't get played on radio despite being quality music. I think Eurovision songs deserve to be played on radio more.
When I was on vacation in Poland last year, I went to an Italian restaurant and they had a station on that played Zitti e Buoni. I think that shows how proud they were of the win, it made me quite happy.

I know Serbia's song and it's a different modern from this. If Bulgaria selected what I think, it won't be that outstanding. As for Russia, I don't know anything.

This is one of those rare songs where 3 mins is not enough (like Sound of Silence in 2016), so you have to loop it on repeat to satisfy your ears. I really hope that ball of light makes a cameo in her live performances. Maybe dress up a drone and fly it all over the arena.

Chris Feik nice? in my Street rhey are working at the ways ( i don't know if this is right to understand in english) but.. i was riding with my bike to my friends but i slipped out because a Stone was in my way.... i feld Badly on my knee and i was bleeding very hard ( it was broken) and i couldn't stand up. one of the workers laughed at me and the others where ignoring me... i called my aunt to ask for help and almost a quarter later a worker asked me if it hurts... i was like:-/
Chris Feik In 2010 it was already Germany that gave 12 points to Belgium, it feels good as a Belgian to see that even if we are fewer and geographically smaller than we are respected and many people are wary Of us (in football, Eurovision, tennis with David Goffin, ...). I have to admit that the rhythm is pretty similar but that's not the case in all the song. The atmosphere is very different, lyrics are not the same. I think that "copy" is too severe but the question to ask is "Can we believe to a coincidence ?" I think that "City Lights" is just inspired of "ECLAT" :)
This song is truly amazing and it deserved to win the former ESC. I listen to it almost every day ever since. Belgium is such a gifted country and I do really appreciate your local bands like Oscar and the Wolf and Lost Frequencies. Love from Spain.

Well, the new voting system is less suspect to neighbour voting, and countries like Belgium & The Netherlands, which usually don't get a lot of free points, are benefiting of it. Since the reintroduction of the jury in '09, Belgium has had much better results. Before we were desperately trying to find the recipe for a great act and song, or just not making an effort because we felt we were discarded anyway, resulting in some weird or lackluster choices. The Belgian music scene is a thriving one, and unfortunately it didn't show during the Eurovision Song Contest.

UGH, I can't stop watching/listening to this! Out of all the songs from esc2017, this is the most commercial, I think. Not necessarily pop, but it's definitely one I imagine would be playing on the radio/clubs.

I recently heard this song play in a shopping mall in Bosnia and Herzegovina. I was SO happy lol. But yes, it should definitely be done more often.

I have to admit that the rhythm is pretty similar but that's not the case in all the song.
The atmosphere is very different, lyrics are not the same.
I think that "copy" is too severe but the question to ask is "Can we believe to a coincidence ?"

Well, the new voting system is less suspect to neighbour voting, and countries like Belgium & The Netherlands, which usually don't get a lot of free points, are benefiting of it. Since the reintroduction of the jury in '09, Belgium has had much better results. Before we were desperately trying to find the recipe for a great act and song, or just not making an effort because we felt we were discarded anyway, resulting in some weird or lackluster choices. The Belgian music scene is a thriving one, and unfortunately it didn't show during the Eurovision Song Contest.

One of the best songs in all the Eurovision contests. A soft tender voice, full of feeling. Simple lyrics, but powerful. And the music, although kind of monotone, is very dreamy and sad.

This is honestly one of the best songs I've ever heard at Eurovision. It definitely deserved to win this year. I hope she releases an album soon as she's got a great and very unique voice and I'd love to hear more of her music, it strangely reminds me of the band The National!
