    Ingredients for the recipe
    1/2 chicken
    20g Solomon’s seal
    20g dried lily bulbs
    3 pieces huai shan
    20g lotus seeds
    15g dried longans
    10g gojiberries
    10g dang shen
    A handful cordycep flowers
    Parboil chicken to get rid of scum. Rinse herbs . Add all ingredients into pressure cooker. Add 1 litre of water. Switch on soup function and let it do it’s work. Let valve subside before opening. Add salt to taste. Done.
    If boil at stove top, to add 2 litres of water. Simmer at low heat for at least 2 hours.
