Chinese herbs are so limited in Sweden and I'm sick at the moment. Thanks to your recipe, it saves my day and I feel better after drinking this soup. My Mami would make it Peruvian style "Aguadito de Pollo” with chicken, cilantro, potatoes, rice, and other vegetables (dark beer - optional) it’s a green soup because you place the cilantro in the blender, and it’s used as the base of the soup. So good!

@@ChineseHealthyCook It was very good. I used a boiling chicken. Not sure if it's how we say in English. I think it's a laying hen. I like to use those kind of chicken. We can boil longer and they have deeper flavour. Although I found the shitake mushroom was a bit overpowering the other ingredients. Will do again for sure and will try with other Chinese medicinal ingredients. Thanks again

Yes, 5 liter and it fits a whole chicken of a few pounds. It’s a bit heavy though.
