Cooking recipes can never be too old on UA-cam. I found your recipe while searching for the simplest way to make Chinese chicken herbal soup only having red dates and goji berries at home. Chinese herbs are so limited in Sweden and I'm sick at the moment. Thanks to your recipe, it saves my day and I feel better after drinking this soup. It's so easy to make when I don't have the energy at all.

Thank you, I’ve been craving chicken soup that my Mami used to make. And I pop into YT and voilà here’s your soup, Chinese style! Your soup looks so good!! Love the Shiitake mushrooms!
My Mami would make it Peruvian style "Aguadito de Pollo” with chicken, cilantro, potatoes, rice, and other vegetables (dark beer - optional) it’s a green soup because you place the cilantro in the blender, and it’s used as the base of the soup. So good!
