Hey, I have an American bullfrog, and i like to feed him mealworms, but I know they aren't healthy because they are high in fat, do you know if any healthier alternatives?
Hey L.D.C. Films. My opinion would be to feed your bullfrog as many different types of live prey as possible without over feeding it. Crickets and night crawlers can be found at most pet stores. Dubia roaches and phoenix worms are good but not as easy to find in common pet stores. Frogs have such a voracious appetite the key thing is to not over feed them. Hope that helps.
