Painful cramps will always remind about period, cup or not.
Someone who don't get cramps, no thank u
@@komal_verma29or un logo se lucky koi ni ho skta...
@@sheetsingh2654 of course. But cups make periods pass so easily. Without any tension of leakage, no smell, no guilty feeling of throwing plastics everyday, money saving, less chance of infection than in pad, also less exposure to harmful chemicals, fragrance in pad
Sabko aiee dardnak crapms nahi aate
Why does everyons thinks that the blood is problem ....naaahhhh the cramps are real problem , the mood swings are real problem , the cravings of anything and everything at any time is the problem , the weakness the the problem ......that feeling of "I AM ON MY PERIOD "is the problemmmmmmm🤧
And what about the blood clots 😢
And also the irritation

It won't happen with the cup,the cup is inside so you do whatever it won't let the blood outside as it will collect it inside.
Pads fail to absorb the jelly and it makes us feel uncomfortable and when we sneeze it just 💀
Cup is best

True ❤❤❤😊😂
Once you'll try cups and get used to it ,I promise there's no way back 😊
Trust me just give it a try ,
the experience is very good
Because whenever I used pad it feel itchy and very uncomfortable
@@payal6416 that's only when you haven't *successfully* tried using menstrual cups.
No bro they are slowly killing the girls form inside, also affecting the reproductive health of women. We need to be more aware 👍🏻
Idk why but I feel so anxious and uncomfortable even at the thought of using a cup.
Yeah it's kind of scary for me
Don't just think give it a try
Didn't you hear never judge a book by it's cover😊
@@payal6416 it is all good but the thought of removing it gives me the real ick . I mean a cup fulle of......and then to empty it....

You need to try it.The best thing ever . It's not icky like changing pads.
Problem is never the blood 😅
Finally someone who addresses the staring contest
Wothout cramps and mood swings then only we can have praceful periods but menstrual cup and disc are way super i love them ❤❤
It is also environmental friendly
Using it since 2019, the best decision i ever made.
Mujhe toh ise use karna bi nhi ata esliye mujhe ye psnd nhi stayfree hi thik hai
Stayfree mei harmful chemicals hote hai baaki pads hai saathi vagera wo bamboo fibres se banate hai ek baar try karke dekhiye
Except for period pain.. she is absolutely right.. ek baar try karke to dekho... We all will contribute to the pollution free Earth. Because pads create lots of waste. Cups are made up of solicon and extremely safe and comfortable once you learn to use it.
Last point is absolute. Past 5 yrs I can't even remember I'm on periods😂😂😂
Switching to cups is the best decision ever.
4 reason why I am not using
Anxiety
Fear
Painful
Sensitive skin
TRUE I'M STICKING TO PADS😭😭
My mom will never let me!🥺
Your mom won't let you take care of your period?!?! 😰😰That's so messed up!!. Immediately as soon as I started my first period my mom let me buy one because they make everything more comfortable. They are better. Tampons are dry , uncomfortable and hurt me. Pads get wet and gross and touch me and then I have to change them every time I use the bathroom. Menstrual cups make me not have to to worry, I can go swimming and jump around if I don't have cramps.
@@Katiad1023TheBoriqua well my mom only let me use pads

@@aafisaffee27 on my first few tries, I was panicking. I wasn't able to insert properly and once I inserted I was so not so easy to get out. The key rule is to be relaxed. Otherwise our vaginal opening constricts and it becomes difficult to get it out. Now I don't have the fear of the cup remaining there. Whenever it feels I am not getting it(because it forms a vacuum in there so that blood doesn't leak out) I relax and tell myself that in no way I am going to leave it there, and neither I will go to any gynaecologist for that. Aana to padega hi bahar🙂take your time. Breathe. You should slide your finger between the cup and the vaginal wall , break the vacuum and take the cup out. Of course it may spill a little while getting out. But trust me once you get used to putting it in and taking it out, you will never ever want to use a pad, not even in your dreams. While putting it in, you should fold it. There are many folding types. You can search on you tube. After putting it in you can insert finger a little, circulate it there to be sure that the cup has unfolded itself or popped open inside vagina. The most important thing is to choose the right size. Mine is small. 3 sizes are there. Small for teenagers(though I am 20)or a little older, medium for above 18, who may or may not have given birth. Large size for above 30 who have undergone vaginal delivery. I took small size from Sirona and am using for almost 2-2.5 years now.
Please try at least once. When I bought and wasn't able to use for 3-4 months with several trials due to nervous feeling, my mom scolded me. But now it has been one of the best decisions in my life. Once you put it in, you don't feel anything. The only thing that reminds me of my periods are the normal and expected period cramps. You won't feel the itchiness or rash in your intimate area. They are made of Silicone which is high grade plastic safe to use. And doesn't have fragrance like the pads. I have encouraged my little sister to use also. She is using her cup for a few months. Hope you too try one day. ❤️
Also you need to change it after 8-10 hours even on the initial days, that's a lot of time right. Unlike the pads which should be changed every 4-6 hrs whether or not it has been wet enough. There are no leakage tensions. You can take the cup out, wash it and reinsert before sleeping to have completely tension free period nights.
Also there is no smell. Sometimes we can sense the smell when using a pad. But in case of cup that doesn't happen as the blood doesn't come in contact with air.
@@aafisaffee27 wow. I just realised that my whole long comment didn't get posted and the other two are my 2nd and 3rd comments. Okay I will explain you again. No it won't hurt. Once you insert it there properly you will not be able to feel anything. The only thing that will remind you that you are on your period is your normal period cramps. The main thing is to choose the proper size. There are 3 sizes. I am 20 yrs old but use small size. Medium for above 18, may or may not have given birth, large size for above 30, and have given vaginal birth. You have to fold it correctly and insert it, it should pop open once it is inside. You should insert your finger a little and circulate a little at the base of the cup to make sure that it is open and vacuum is created. Once the vacuum is created there will be no leakages. And it will not come out on its own. While taking it out the key rule is to be relaxed. I was also panicked while in my initial days and wasn't able to insert it, and once inserted wasn't able to get it out. But now I have become expert at it😂hope you too one day. Whe we panic, the vaginal opening constricts and it becomes more difficult to get it out. Relax, breathe deeply, take your time. There are many videos on you tube, many tutorials, cup folding techniques. You can watch them. I also did. I have been using cup for almost 2 years and my 15 yr little sister for few months. It has been one of the best decisions of my life to switch to cups. Trust me once you switch you would never ever want to use a pad even in your dreams. No uneasy feeling.
Menstrual cup made my period so easy... During monsoon I used to get rashes because of the sanitary pads and now its been 2yrs and I am free😂😂 But the problem is if you don't fix the cup correctly then you can go through the stains on your panty so its a bit difficult if you are going somewhere out😬
Whenever i use the pad that feel itchy and even very painful when I walk 😢
After start using cup i experience the same as this short shows that don't feel that I'm on my period ☺️
If you bleed with it will it just like stay in u ig or will it slowly leak out?
Everyone please consult your doctor before you put any type of menstrual cup in your vagina. It's important to learn about how your body might react to it since all of our bodies are different.
It's silicon one actually.. and it won't harm u..just take a gud brand..
Rather pads cause more harm cause of loaded chemicals..and those are entering too sissy..
@@Siasha368 yeah you are right but we are not inserting pads in our vagina. I know a person who never used a menstrual cup before use it for the first time but the very next day her vagina kinda swelled up and she realised that it wasn't suitable for her.
Im not saying that one should go through this, infact I just wanna say that when it comes to putting something inside our bodies just consult your gynac once, it's always better
Sometimes You also forget that you are putting cup inside of you😂
hey mam can you tell me that 13 years old girls can use menstural cups please reply please 🙏🙏🙏😢😢❤❤please

Somehow, the cramps are also less painful. And no itching or rash since the blood is inside.

You never forget that you are on your periods...cramps never let you....and once you start using cup there's no going back😁
It's been the best decision of my life so far but just one issue..
I am 19 and i got S cup..idk why sometimes it leaks.. when it's nicely open and isn't even full..
Does anyone know?
1 reason not to use it: what if it stuck inside 😂😢
But it's initial usage will be very painful
For heavy bleaders it's not suitable
But how to use it .
