    Thank you very much for the interesting video and the ideas. Till now I do just this Workout at 0.38 Seconds in the Video with Wright plates (Start with 10 Kg till the end I have some Plates with 50 Kg together) and have the Feets a bit Higher.Single Feet Training is important, too but I use for this allways ankleweights on my feets.       Not sure the student rec centers on campus will allow couches or chairs to be brought in.
