Does Taiwan government has any specific halal authorised department who really check the restaurants overthere and release the halal certificate?

They have the local Masjid Authority to check it and give them certification

Now you've got me interested to go to Taiwan since there is quiet a verity of halal options authentic cusines. I was not that satisfied with the Malaysian halal version of the Chinese verities only very few genuine ones to be found.. 😕
