My laziness in the mornings is ruining my life and I can compare it in many ways to my past issues with failing to prevent myself taking drugs. I just can't go on like this anymore BUT giving up on my self isn't an option so I WILL keep trying!! 💪

Hey Marcus, don't be too hard on yourself. You're doing great! It is a constant struggle but that's what makes you stronger. We naturally want to take the easiest option in any given scenario and it's ok to fail sometimes. It's being able to keep getting back up and carry on, you can always start afresh. The sleeping/getting up issue may be to do with sleep cycles/waves. There are optimal windows that are more conducive to alertness and sleepiness so getting up at the right point within these waves is paramount to consistent energy levels and mood throughout the day. Too much sleep can be as detrimental as too little sleep so maybe have a little look into this subject and experiment with it. Keep up the great work!

I defo reckon that having too much sleep makes my issue worse mate. I KNOW that I CAN get up and I WILL continue to try! 💪💪💪

I've struggled with getting up for years. If it wasn't for fear of getting the sack from my high paid job I'd probably be late all the time 😅
You should do a YT live each morning at 7am, we can all get up and be productive together 😂

I remember when I had my day job every now and then they would say they were clamping down on lateness and I still wasn't able to get to work on time. I would be on the way to work believing I was maybe going to get sacked. . . . . . An early morning live would be cool! 👍
