- Hey y’all! I’m todays video I am showing you how to make Blueberry Butter Swim Biscuits! If you’re a blueberry lover this recipe is for you. The dough is made with 5 ingredients and takes about 5 minutes to prepare. They are absolutely delicious 🫐
Dough
2 cups self rising flour
2 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 1/4 cups buttermilk
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 stick salted butter (for dish)
Glaze
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon milk

You used the incorrect measuring cup for liquids. You’re buttermilk measuring cup is for dry ingredients not liquids. Just an FYI
