    Any chance you could do a video on Bentone
    Burners? I’m new to the oil industry and unsure of what control boxes can fit what burners. Cheers. Loving the videos, all good stuff, not many people doing oil boilers on this platform 👍

    Great tutorial as always.@2:12 Why is it necessary for the condense to pass round the metallic "saddle" clipped to the left hand side plate,as opposed to just dropping down?.Thanks again.

    Question Not related to the video. Do hot coils indicator a bad coil every time? If Resistance reading ok ? A navien I fitted is intermittently misfiring sounds like a machine gun, when I’ve tested since problem started everything is all still as I commissioned it. I’ve Not been at the job while it has been playing up typically only thing I can find that doesn’t seem right is coil on low fire solenoid is getting hot and I’m wondering if it’s breaking up and dropping the valve every no and again

    • @BartonOilBurnerServices
      @BartonOilBurnerServices  6 місяців тому +1

      Hi. It is possible but normally a coil gets hot and fails totally rather than drop in and out.? Then when it cools down it works again or totally fails. If the boiler is pulling air it may do this now and again so minimum recheck all joints in oil line and if needed make sure you have a tiger loop fitted. Check obvious things like filters ok with no sign of water and if it has a balanced flue try running with balanced flue hose off to see if it makes any differnce. Finally keep a pump gauge in it and see what happens when it starts to fail? Hope this helps and have a good weekend!

      Thanks. Tried having oil gauge connected up for 20-30mins and didn’t play up typical. Tiger-loop is fitted I checked all joints, Customer does say he turns it off lets it cool down and it goes again fine. Navien sending new coil out so will see what happens 👍

      @@A-hen If the customer is correct in what they say it is def the coil. If it is a BFP Coil it will be replaced with a T85 BFP Coil. Let us all know mate as always good for people to see the outcome. Have a good one !
