OVEN BAKED PORK CHOPS

BAKE at 350 for one hour or until your pork chops are tender to your liking!
I season with:
Tony Chachere Cajun Seasoning
Black Pepper
Garlic & onion powders
Cayenne Pepper
THIS is a healthier version of pork chops. My FAVORITE Sunday Meal is oven smothered pork chops/steaks with rice, candied yams and some type of greens.
But, THESE were VERY tasty, Less labor and healthier!

This is one of my favorites for baked pork chops. But tonight I made them without the cayenne. Let me tell you that my chops were still well seasoned and delish. Trust me your recipe does not disappoint

I made some last night! Mostly the same ingredients but I added garlic butter and olive oil and lemon pepper. So tasty.

Hi! They ARE! For so long, I wouldn't bake pork chops because I thought they would be dry. You just have to make sure that they are not straight out of the refrigerator when baking them. These are SO good that I make them about twice a month now.

Skim the fat off and scrap off the bottom of the baking sheet to make mushroom or onion gravy (or both)!

Hi! I have a question. You mention that you drain the liquid when the chops are done cooking, how did you get your pork chops to look crispy? Did you put them back in the oven after draining the liquid?
