I love my Wednesday morning routine. Starting the day of with cleaning my flat, to then sit down with a cappuccino and breakfast in bed to watch the new video. And its an especially great morning when there is 30min chilled vlog 🤗☀️
You have no idea just how much joy it brings me that you love and promote BA just as much as I do in every day life. Also as someone who make sourdough bread weekly, I completely understand Mark's disappointment when the bread is a flop - I've been though the ups and downs as well. It gets better.

A tip for the cake! If you cream together the wet ingredients first (regardless of the recipe) that air that you incorporate will help you with the sinking. The same method can be applied to anything with "stuff" inside, ie. blueberry muffins, nuts, chocolate chips etc. Alternatively adding an extra egg helps :)
My mom’s best who is a chef has taught me that sugar should (in cooking) be considered a spice, so I always put it in tomato dishes as well and in some other dishes to balance out savery, bitter and sweet. Also use a little bit of soy in almost everything😅👌🏻👌🏻

About the “Gazpacho recipe” some tips: half peeled cucumber and half without being peeled (that’s for science reasons that I can’t explain), for 1 part of Sherry Vinegar 3 part of olive oil and water... After blending, always, always use “food mill stainless with disc. The rest of the ingredients, perfect. Thanks for your Vlog.

Hi Anna, I have an old family recipe for German rhubarb cake and in our recipe you put the rhubarb pieces in vertically - you can make beautiful designs that way, the rhubarb is cooked nicely so it is soft and guarantees it does not sink :)
to keep the pieces of rhubarb on top of the cake, you must first cover them with flour; in this way they will not go to the bottom or in the middle of the pie ;)
Omg yes!!! My husband complains ENDLESSLY when he tans my back. He also can’t get the rubbing motion down and tends to just pat my back aggressively like men hugging 🙈😅

My guess as to why the rhubarb sunk is the brown sugar! brown sugar has a lot more moisture than white sugar so it probably affected the consistency of the batter.
OMG Anna, I just saw this and honestly the husband comment about about back tanning YESSSSSSSSSS, I have no friends that their husband does it and it's such a thing and I can't understand why is he so annoyed about it (yet thankfully does it any way...), completely LOLing on this
