    can it be boil? I mean I had 4 infected acne that I cleaned up. then I read on google that acne people are prone to infections. I did had a boil on lower part of body, and I cleaned it, then later I had a painful infected cyst on left breast, it feels painful when I move and if I ride a vehicle and later it felt itchy. But after taking coamoxiclav it flattened and it is pain free. I increase it to 3x because the doctor only prescribed 2x for a week, I continued for another week but i made it into 3x. I think it is an infection started from acne and then boil, and then it probably spread through my blood or lump nodes. I did felt this weird saliva in my mouth, it usually happens when i have infection. I cannot say I had fever because it is too hot weather and I cannot feel if I am having slight fever. But I really think it is bacterial infection from skin opening. The first doctor ask for ultrasound and second doctor insisted on mammogram, which is waste of money since the result cannot identify what it is. And then I repeated ultrasound and it was different result, i mean at first it was 3pieces, than the other lab saw 7pieces. One is complex cyst, the others are hyphoechoic mass. But the one that was complex it shrunk from 2.3x2.3x1.1 to 1.91x1.64x.070. It just says it should be monitored. My sis is insisting on biopsy but I think it is benign, just got infected. I did got operation when I was young from tumor on my knee but it was benign. My cervix had 2x operation as well but benign. My mom had one on waist, my dad on his neck, my bro on his breast. Maybe it is genetics. But I think my complex is just skin infection. I am prone to infection anyway. I am kinda immuno compromise. I still have to worry about my mole on my neck that is always itchy and had a little bit of weird break or a tiny part of it is not attached to the whole mole. If only I have more money I can have continous medical on expensive hospital and get an uber ride coz I am getting so tired from taking cheap multiple commute.

    • @DrSamsImagingLibrary
      @DrSamsImagingLibrary  7 місяців тому +1

      Hello! I understand how concerning this can be. However, an oval circumscribed nodule usually refers to a benign breast mass, not cancerous. Circumscribed means it has well clear defined borders which is a feature mostly associated with a benign mass. Ultrasound will reveal more details about this mass. It could be a Fibroadenoma or a breast cyst. Best Wishes!

      I appreciate your response with all my heart, I just got back from my ultrasound and have been asked to get a biopsy.
      Ultrasound left breast:
      Correlative ultrasound of the left breast at 4:00 o'clock, 4 cm from the nipple
      shows a hypoechoic nodule measuring 8 x 4 x 4 mm. The nodule appears solid with
      slightly irregular in contour.
      Tissue sampling is required. Ultrasound-guided core biopsy is recommended.
      IMPRESSION:
      LEFT BREAST:
      Indeterminate solid nodule left breast.
      This is what the report said. Any insight is much appreciated. Thank you.
      @@DrSamsImagingLibrary

    • @DrSamsImagingLibrary
      @DrSamsImagingLibrary  7 місяців тому

      The report describes the nodule as an "indeterminate solid nodule." This means that based on the ultrasound alone, it is not possible to definitively determine whether the nodule is benign (non-cancerous) or malignant (cancerous).
      The term "indeterminate" is used because the features of the nodule don't clearly categorize it as either typically benign or typically malignant. It is important to follow up on this recommendation for a biopsy. The biopsy results will provide more definitive information about the nature of the nodule. Best Wishes!

    But I do have relatives with cancer. My grandma had lung cancer and it spread on bones and brain. My aunt in USA had a breast cancer on remission. My grandmas niece had breast cancer and she died. But i don't think I have it since I don't have that dimple breast skin, and I don't have that inverted nipple.

    • @DrSamsImagingLibrary
      @DrSamsImagingLibrary  2 місяці тому

      It's possible that your symptoms are related to a bacterial skin infection that spread from your acne or boils. With your history of benign tumors and recurrent infections, it's important to be cautious about new growths or changes in your body. The fact that the cyst responded to Co-Amoxiclav suggests it was likely infected. Given your family history of cancer and the changes in your breast cysts, it is very crucial to continue monitoring the situation closely. Although your past tumors were benign, new growths and changes, especially in breast tissue, should not be ignored. A biopsy can provide more definitive information about the nature of these masses, given your family history of cancers. You can discuss this with your doctor. Best Wishes!
