Try to get in touch with NLR they add a kit to the rig for the flex on the pedals and on the wheel stand, they add their own modes I just got mine a few days back and was surprise they add it I had zero flex with a DD, I hear a few people on the community that they got in touch with them and the kit was provide to them.
All the new f gt rigs that are sold come with these btw. It has the kit for the brakes and the kit for the wheel that adds another bar to make it rock solid. I'm really surprised by how well nlr actually listens to the feedback
There are mods you can do that are very cheap for the pedal plate, I did it with mine and theres 0 flex with loadcell pedals. If you use the Formula seating position together with the pedal plate in the higher position, and then get a threaded rod to go from the GT pedal plate hole up to the pedal plate and put nuts on either side of both holes, you get great support. Cost me around £15
And if you want to keep the GT padel plate position you can do so and instead get L-brackets attached to the bottom of the pedal plate, going up towards the regular fixing point for the wheelbase structure or shifter arm.
@@Haaacee971 I agree, but I was not reviewing mods for the rig but the rig it’s self. Good ideas and I’ve seen them done. But people need to know the pit fulls and what there buying my guy. Thanks for watching mate. 🙂
I completely disagree with what yoir saying about this rig, im no iracing beginner trust me and i swear by this rig, i have zero flex with my dd attached but the pedals DO flex pretty bad but just add supports behind the plate and job done. This is an amazing rig imo, 2 racing positions for the price of one now thats good value... Im not a fan of the seat but its done me ok for a few yrs now and its still solid as a rock and looks brand new. Its a cool rig..
It's interesting that I have this rig, with the support kit for flex on the pedals and steering wheel, and when tightened properly, WITHOUT THE KIT, I have no flex, AT ALL. I feel like you guys did not tighten these enough for fear of breaking the frame. I have my screws tightened so much that a bit more, and the aluminum bends. I tightened to that point, and then backed up a bit. It's been perfect like that for 2 months. I then installed the support kit just for the hell of it. Nothing is moving this thing.
you can actually eliminate all pedal flex by simply buying 2 threaded bars with fitting nuts really easily. Also. I have a CSW 2.5 wheel and no flex in the wheel support. So I'm thinking either it's not tightened enough somewhere or something else is wrong with yours?
Hello Friend nice video, today I buy the next Level Racing Gt-F. i see you have colored elastomers behind the lc brake, where can i buy them? thank you
It is nice your video, thank you for all the information. How high is your screen. In position F1 what is the height of your head to fix the screen; The FGT will be in my office and I am working and playing with the same screen so I need to know if I can have the F GT and not have to cringe too much. I am around 80cm-85cm Thank you
That’s very dependent on where you have the monitor. if you have it on a desk you may have to lift your head up more than you want. My brother doesn’t have any issue moving his monitor forward and pushing it down on the stand on his desk in gt mode but f1 style May make that worse.
This rig can’t do anything for more than 30 minutes as your butt will be numb. It’s terrible, so uncomfortable. Flex is an understatement, as for the foot plate I just put a simple “L” bracket. But the seat flex is so bad.
Totally agree on the seat, had to change it to a GT Omega which fitted with a lot of drilling! Made a bit difference, I don’t have too much flex though
I'm considering buying the wheels to lift it off the ground a bit more. I dont like having the pedals straight out in front me. I'd rather them ne below me.
I can only say I like mine in F1. Really there are more than a few cheaper like the F-GT Lite and Marada to name 2. If this is entry level than what are the others.

pedal flex mod
Thats kinda funny I have my pedals setup like that too. Im pretty sure it was incorrect. My seat does not stay stable anymore
There is cheap dyi mods to fix your flex in the wheel and pedal areas.
Yes mate I know but you aren’t buying it to immediately change it. I reviewed the product not the mods.
Yeah i would say you need to tighten the rig mate. I got the F-GT and mine is rrrrock solid.
Everything is tight mate, I double checked it before doing any filming.

Bbj brake mod
Hey bro I would really appreciate it if u did a quick tutorial on how to change it from formula to gt I can’t do it :(
Just add the up right mate on the back of the seat frame
BillyGoatBoy Yh but how do u take the seat off bc the adjuster on side blocks it
Mine has absolutely no flex whatsoever, no matter how hard I try to flex it. I can only imagine the screws on yours need a lot more tightening
I’ve rebuilt it twice with my brother it still does it mate. I rechecked all the bolts.
Maybe the latest builds have fixed the flex issues?

I have a fanatec csl dd pro do you think the fgt would be strong enough for it

Thank you all so much for the likes and subs. Does so much for the videos I make.
what mount are you using for the monitor? i also have the f-gt and am looking for a monitor mount for it that doesn't attach to the frame
trakracer monitor stand
Just out of curiosity what size/resolution is the monitor in the video?
49” ultra wide 1080p
