Yeah after I realized the upper I built wasn’t going to fit on that jag lower, I basically decided to just go whole hog with the lower and ordered just about every part except the hammer assembly and the trigger bar. Also keeping the ambi safety, mag catch and slide lock from the jag but that’s about it 🤷♂️ should be able to finish it today once my Skeltor frame arrives.
@@RainshadowAirsoft np man and yeah the reason u had to get a new lower is like i said aftermarket hicapa parts are more fit towards TM 5.1 and 4.3 pistols
@@A2KAirsoft I’ve had SO many people come up to me and ask advice on hi capas and now my catchall piece of advice is straight up TM or nothing lol I tell everyone start with a TM if you’ve got any plans on upgrading because it was save them a lot of headache

When placing the the short stroke kit be sure to add washers between each one
Thanks yeah I’ve seen other builds like that, but I didn’t know there was a specific reason.
One of those O rings go into the goes at the front of the outer barrel it has a spot that it sits in
also for the outer barrel there are slots in there to put the orings they gave you first then you put the barrel in

Will running a 140 recoil spring with a lightweight speed build make it not function as good as the same build with a 120 recoil spring?
If it’s a super lightweight build AND you’ve got it short stroked to oblivion like I do, then you really don’t need more than a 120
You can put one Oring into the front of the outer barrel and two orings would fit on the inner barrel!
The orings hold the inner barrel on the hop up side and the thread side on the outerbarrel

Well a good bet is if you only buy Tokyo Marui spec products. You don’t wanna mix we tech or jag arms hi capa parts with Tokyo Marui parts

They are smaller then the after market
Whenever dealing with hi capas bro just make sure you buy TM compatible and make sure base hi capa is a tm 5.1 or 4.3
