I just cut the buffers on one side (like a C) and put them inbetween complete buffers, so u can add the buffers after already installing ure guidetod with shortstroke and shortstroke to the max, thx to friction and pressure they won't move. Done that for years now
who is pulling apart your hi-capa to check? and are you talking bout cutting the short stroke like Umaro said or just short stroke in general?@@fvzoq7708

Add more of the spacers, try 3 of each. This can happen just depending on very slight differences in tolerances and the grip. Let us know if your still having trouble after!

so i ended up getting a masterpiece Trident Sear Spring CowCow IP1 Steel Disconnector and a Nine Ball Duralumin Enhanced Sear and the trigger pull is shorter but it feels harder then stock not sure what I messed up but I would like to know what I can do

I just ordered my first shipment of the needed items and I was slightly disappointed with purchasing a slide witch I didn't get due to there being non to buy but honestly it not the end of the word because the prises on the website are crazy low
Can someone help me, my hi capa from kjw troubleshoots when I speed up my shooting. For normal encounters when I maybe shoot 5 shots just to clear a room nothing happens but when I use it with a drum or just spam the trigger my hammer won’t lock back. I did bend the trigger sear which fixes it but only temporarily. I bought a ssp1 trigger sear and a guarder one because I thought they would fit but they don’t. Also my hammer and disconnector are in good shape and besides being stock do not seem to be damaged or worn out. Does someone know what my problem could be or why the other trigger sears won’t fit properly?

I know I’m bit late, but I will try to help! What i would do for FPS boost: better Air nozzle, Nine Ball Gasket, 6.00 or 6.01 inner barrel, maybe a New bbu to match the nozzle and Hammer spring (but These Will make your shots a little bit harder and will spend more gas) For speed: recoil spring, nozzle spring, Cow Cow trident sear spring (light trigger pull), maybe a speed trigger, custom lightweight BBU and slide (if you are ok in spending a little more), short stroke kit if you don’t mind losing The slide lock function when magazine is empty and a fixed outer barrel (These will reduce friction with your slide and estabilize your barrel, giving more precision) And if you want, a new bucking will give more range and spin to use heavier BBs. Hope I helped you. Sorry if I typed something wrong, I’m from Brazil and I don’t use english very often!

Blowback unit is centered more for better seal with the nozzle and more consistent shots. We included that in our best FPS upgrades video, but it does help here as well because it is more lightweight! Great point!

Pro tip for short-stroking: Get two piece guide rod, and then you can add as many buffers as you want.

I can say the sear and the disconnector really makes the build really help a the build love the pairing.

If your running the stock slide with the higher recoil spring it will break faster
Why don't you just put in the bottom piece of the hammer?
