You used stretched canvas upside down like a tray - what a fabulous idea! It’s going on my list to pick up a few!!! And I need to share this with my quilt friends! I love trays but never seem to have the right size - these are perfect!

This is a good tutorial. Thank you for the instructions for the tape, I have a couple of rolls that have not been used. I sure will get them out now. That is a sweet spring pattern.

I use those frames to put all my quilt pieces on too. They stay in that frame and the sides keep them from falling off. You can carry the frame to the sewing. Love the quilt, so springy.
This is the most amazing thing I’ve seen recently! Using painters stretched canvas upside down!!! I’m going to share this hunt to my quilt guild next month😁😁😁
@@sandybruce9092 share away, I use the smaller ones for small projects and the larger ones for quilts. Such a time saver, everything is right next to you as you sew. The small sticky notes stick to the frame so you know which one you need.

Thank you for the tape trick! I see so many videos where they talk about using the tape but noone ever shows how to put it on. My brain couldnt wrap itself around it 100% until I watched you put it on.
Oh my yes! I’ve had my difficulties getting the tape in straight - never even thought about letting the needle pierce the middle line and the using a ruler!!! Perfect! Thank you!
