    Looks great!! The only thing i didnt see was a spring assist on the blade tightener to keep things tight asthe blade heats up and expands. Might of missed it tho too. Great job tho

      I did not originally install one in the tensioning system, new video coming soon of fixing that and also doing some other cool stuff to the mill

    What gauge sheet material and what size to yield front and back portion of gaurds

    Watching you work i said to myself he's a carpenter. Becouse he's lost when it comes to ironwork .

      I built this in high school when I was not very experienced with welding and fabrication. I’m now an ironworker by trade and I take pride in my work. There are things in this video that I would do differently sure, But overall I’m glad I stepped out of my comfort zone and acquired knowledge and experience.

      @@cornettcarpentry As a 50 year veteran carpenter/contractor at 66 years young I got into steel fabrication to mill the lumber I once stacked as my first job (1974) out of high school before becoming a contractor. Welding is all about getting a good bead on things. Steel is easier to work with because it is always strait wood isn't.
