can i take this while i workout since it has caffein even though i take pre workout
Typically you don't want to stack multiple stims, if you're already taking a preworkout anyways you don't really need a energized amino supplement on top of it. That said I suppose if your preworkout is only 200mg caffeine or there abouts it wouldn't be a huge deal to add another 160mg of caffeine.
I work outside on lawns all day is this a better option then let say a Gatorade etc
Gatorade has too much sugar so for that reason I think it's a better option
100% better the recovery is very nice and really restores you full of energy I bought this and haven’t stopped using it, it’s amazing

No, better to go with one of Ryse's pre-workouts.
No this is a caffeinated amino supplement. Some people do use these as preworkouts, I do personally but all your really getting is aminos and caffeine although with this one in particular you are getting some nootropics. What its lacking is ingredients for endurance and/or pumps. I do use energized aminos as a preworkout as I prefer something lower stim but technically speaking this is not a preworkout

Aminos will often have that kind of odd amino protein smell to them.

Ye, but can also be used for recovery in the right dosages because of it being bcaa
Technically it's an "Energized Amino" like Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy or Nutrabio AminoKick however you can use it as a preworkout, its a good alternative for people who are stim sensitive. The only downside is your not getting anything for pumps but it is aminos with caffeine and nootropics for focus.
