I think the Image Stabilisation was pretty easy, as well as Auto Focus Racking. Was surprised that AF Tracking on the Canon looked way better than on the Sony though.

I never imagined I would be seeing something like this, but this video really showed how its your creativity that could take you so far, and the story you want to tell, not the camera.
I got 7/10. You could make out the color science on the skin tones which is what I focused on when determining Sony cameras. I prefer the Canon's skin tones. However, I was shocked on the ones that I missed so yes it's much closer than you'd think and no way I'd be this accurate unless it was side-by-side. Cool video!

I did it on my own throughout the video, got a 6/10 actually went better than I expected. Noticed a difference slightly in the color science but other than that very very very little differences. Great video, would love a part 2 including Nikon!

How you got Sam Kolder in on this is beyond me. He’s been such an inspiration for a long time but never really seen him do collab stuff like this! Also interesting to me that he’s using Sony A1 now after having used Canon for so long, would love to hear why.
Initially I went off of overall sharpness and got it right that Canon looked sharper. But later in 120fps, Sony looks way more sharp. In AF tracking Sony also looks so much more sharp! Nice to see @landonbytheway!
Every image shows the Sony having a wider view. Not sure if it’s due to bigger sensor or different focals but I found if you go by that, you’ll get it right every time.
I don't mean to sound rude guys but the moment the clips switched from being professionally graded, it was pretty easy to spot the Canon for that slight magenta tint and slightly more emphasis on the reds. What this shows is that both companies did a great job at creating tools for your professional work. It's more of choosing the right camera that will suit your needs.
There’s only one conclusion, technically speaking. Sony is still simply unbeatable for low light performance, it’s not even close. And all agree with that, that’s just a fact.

I found his grumpy, mumbling contribution perfect. A different element in the scene made it dynamic!!! Peter looked like his career with canon was on the line before they eliminated a few...and Matti cackled the whole segment. Simply awesome!!!
It’s super funny, I’m over here stoked and yelling as I got each one correct! I guessed on one and nailed it. The biggest difference in each shot is the hyper realism that the Sony has. You gotta get close, but you can tell the difference in overall sharpness.
As someone who’s shot canon and Sony and watched an obscene amount of camera and lens review videos. I found this test to be pretty easy. Even watching from my phone I got every one right. I woulda bagged that 10k so easy in this challenge 😆
I did really well identifying canon and Sony, sometimes I review footage I shoot on smaller screens before the full export to 4K just to see. I’ve switched from canon to Sony only due to the price drop on used Sony gear. I’d like to shoot more 4K in the future.
The compression, reds/greens and sharpness gave it away every time. I'd have taken home that $10,000 from all these big UA-cam names! Categories in each round are just to misdirect - each image has a slightly different look that once you spot it, it becomes easier to tell each round.

The ones with people in them were much easier… canon skin tones always look warmer to me for some reason.

It’s super funny, I’m over here stoked and yelling as I got each one correct! I guessed on one and nailed it. The biggest difference in each shot is the hyper realism that the Sony has. You gotta get close, but you can tell the difference in overall sharpness.

As someone who’s shot canon and Sony and watched an obscene amount of camera and lens review videos. I found this test to be pretty easy. Even watching from my phone I got every one right. I woulda bagged that 10k so easy in this challenge 😆
I did really well identifying canon and Sony, sometimes I review footage I shoot on smaller screens before the full export to 4K just to see. I’ve switched from canon to Sony only due to the price drop on used Sony gear. I’d like to shoot more 4K in the future.
I just sold all my Sony Gear. Been Canon all my career, tried Sony and went back. The depreciation mirrors my thoughts on Sony 😀

The compression, reds/greens and sharpness gave it away every time. I'd have taken home that $10,000 from all these big UA-cam names! Categories in each round are just to misdirect - each image has a slightly different look that once you spot it, it becomes easier to tell each round.
