You had a great start, using Herbert to explain your distinction between two categories. Then... Whoa, you still think Perine in on the *Bengals?* Sean Payton himself talked to Perine & convinced him he would be getting LOTS of touches in Denver as *their #1 RB.* He didn't *want* to leave Cincy. After that, my quibbles are small except for poor Tyler Allgeier, #2 might be his *role* but #2 on the Falcons might put up more yards than #1 on the Bills, Dolphins or even _Chiefs!_ I'm not sure of that trumps how you want to rank him, but my argument would be "would he be a #2 on most other teams?" Something to consider.
Good takes and I had no idea peine went to Denver haha it’s so many active rbs to have to keep up with. And yeah I agree with you on allgeier also he could help a lot of offenses out he is just in a tough spot
@@slyck007 I'm so tired of the Justin Fields hate that I wish they'd trade for One More Receiver who gets open because both Claypool & Mooney don't. Arthur Smith is so run-obsessed that I make the half-joke that they could probably get Kyle Pitts for cheap because Smith may not know who Pitts is or what a TE does, The _other_ receiver who gets open I wish they'd trade for is Davante Adams. He's going to go to waste on the Raiders & I'm pretty sure J McD wants Carr's old college roommate & potential locker-room dissenter gone. & *I* would trade _both_ Mooney & Claypool for him.
@@choosecarefully408 for sure he isn’t going to win anything on the raiders. If Chicago could get one more legit weapon they’d be scary especially since fields can use his legs so well
@@slyck007 Well aside from Being Himself, the huge advantage of having D.J. Moore is that he can stretch the field. He gets iopen deep, the TEs are decent & tend to get open short-mid. Roschon Johnson is a great blocker & can fake block-receive short. But he's not a top receiver, neither are the TEs or the rest of the RBs. This advantage goes completely to waste if Mooney & Claypool don't get away from the One Receiver covering them & historically, that _IS_ their problem. Someone said (I'm dyslexic & can't confirm this) that the Bears were last in receiver separation last season & watching footage I *believe* this. While I feel sure Poles & Eberflus have long-term plans, they just spent all that cap & they're not gonna finish last/high up in the draft already. Plus they just got a bunch of free agents who aren't "old" but also aren't young. They don't have a defense I'm confident can win the championship. But I _DO_ think they can make the playoffs with just the addition of One More Open receiver.
Having dj moore hopefully will force other teams to focus more on him which might allow more opportunities for mooney and claypool. Either way their offense should be improved from last year
Swift and Mixon better than K9 is fucking hilarious, Hall should be no where near the top 10 either, especially since RBs arent usually themselves the first year back from an ACL tear. But back to Swift and Mix. Swift in 3 seasons hasnt even had over 700 rushing yards in a season. He is an ok receiving back but thats it. Also dude is very injury prone and will share carries and time in Philly as he did with Detroit. K9 after missing a couple games, and shared time with Penny for a couple other had over 1000, with 9 rushing TDs. And Mixon is regressing pretty significantly now. There were questions if he was even the best RB on his team last season.
think rb like algier should still be ranked solid or good because thats what they are. dont think just because a team might have someone better doest take away how good they are which is what your ranking. unlless your ranking how much they are used but then i would change the title.
Dalvin Cook has had 4 straight 1,100+ yard seasons… rushing and you put him at the bottom of good? how is he not a top 12 running back are you kidding me? So your basically saying there’s 17 rbs better than him? Incredible…
Im your 300th subscriber!!! I swear to god I’m not lieing bro
Thanks bro!
I like your tiers. I’ve seen some that have a bottom tier label “trash.” No player who reaches the NFL is trash. Your groups seem fair and evenhanded.
Thanks brother🙏
You need more followers my man
Thanks brother we working on it, I’m appreciative of all that I have so far
one guy you left off is jp mason on the 49ers, he's gonna be a beast behind cmc and i think he has a lot of potential
Yeah I think they also have tdp and khalan laborn who was undrafted. So they have a lot of young potential in case something happens to mccaffrey

Nope I had no idea haha thanks for pointing that out
No problem bro
bro lowkey this almost identical to my list 😂😂
I copied you bro
Can we get a 2023 rookie ranking video based off your opinion
How do you what me to rank them like top 10 rookies or all first round picks?
@@slyck007 like the top ten rookies you think will have the best season this year with your opinion on offensive rookie/defensive rookie of the year

Alright cool thanks bro
one guy you left off is gus edwards, where would you put him?
Id put him in solid , he could be a solid lead back but his only issue is his durability
So if algeir wasn't in back up and was starter where would you had ranked him just curious?
Probably in the solid tier he looked good last year and he was averaging over 4ypc
As a lions fan, loved watching swift dude just couldn’t stay healthy for 30% of the year
Talent is there just not the durability
We wasted a pick on Clyde Edwards-Helaire

That’s tough. But if we going with rookie season I go dak. He did just as much with less weapons

Yeah I didn’t when I was recording
Jacobs hasn't gotten paid yet just tagged

did i miss something. Josh Jacobs "just got paid"? Thought he's holding out on tag. If you mean the tag $$ as getting paid..okay.
Yeah I made a mistake in the video
I think Tony pollard will be top 6 by the end of the season
Very possible who knows top 10 or 12 fs as long as he stays healthy
Kamara has 1 bad year and is now one of the worst running backs😂😂, straight dumb
