Comedy Central: Louie's In The Kitchen With Rita Contest Commercial (1991)

Classic commercial from around June of 1991. This looked like it was an awesome contest.
I have around 50 to 60 tapes from early Comedy Central recordings, but unfortunately nothing from this contest special, except for commercials.
There were 4 or 5 different commercials shot for this contest, and I have them all.
I would love to know some information about it:
Who won the contest? Does anyone have it recorded on VHS?? I would love to find it so I can transfer it to DVD.
The only information I could find online was some old newspaper archives with an address posted during the contest entries.
There was absolutley no videos from this anywhere from what I can tell.
I also noticed upon finding the very little information online that I could find, that the boom operator was the same boom operator that was on several different episode of Freddy's Nightmares, which was airing around the same time as this contest.
Maybe it's just a coincidence that someone is wearing similar Freddy Krueger makeup in the commercial.

Hi SacrifyX. I've seen commercials for this contest on episodes of MST3K with commercials. I wanted to find info or videos of this contest too. That led me to your video. The contest finale apparently aired on an episode of Short Attention Span so I'm sure it exists on a VHS somewhere. I really hope someone will upload that. I've found some things I never thought I would, so I still have hope. I haven't checked out your channel, but I hope you are sharing some of the content from your 50-60 tapes. I'd love to see some of the early shows, since my then crappy cable never carried CTV or Comedy Central. Thanks for the upload!
