Property in Spain in certain areas is getting a bit ridiculous now with their prices, of course this is a beautiful home but it’s not even within walking distance to the beach unless you like a long walk. Can’t fault your videos guys and I know you are not the ones pricing these properties but because of where it is I wouldn’t go a penny over eight million, hope you had a great birthday and as always love watching your videos.
After the little intro preview, I wasn't convinced. But watching the whole thing, it's actually pretty neat overall. The groundfloor however lacks something.. maybe just a few centimeters of ceiling height or some means of more natural light or maybe just some warmer colors overall...not exactly sure what it is. It's still decent, just not great. What I also miss is a secondary master, or sometimes called junior master. For a family it's better to have less smaller bedrooms and instead more bigger ones. Small ones are ok for guests, but if a family actually lives there, at least a 2ndary master or bigger bedroom would make it cosier. Then the pool needs stairs at the side instead of at the end; so people can swim laps. I know a lot of critisism, in spite of those, it's still pretty nice overall. Nice lower-floor with indoor pool and great plot. Beautiful entry foyer. Nicely designed, good materials, eg. stone-floor, etc. And love the master bedroom.

We’re talking about Marbella so it’s all about the 3 L’s - location, location, location! It's not, actually. it's 950 sq.m. of house with indoor pool, sauna, cinema, 5 ensuites, etc. Comparable to mega mansions in LA where these type of houses are double the price. But for sure, in another location it could cost less.
Unglaublich hübsches Haus, genau mein Stil. Aber: Wenn ich 12,5 Millionen hinlegen würde, dann möchte ich im Schlafzimmer am Bett fest installierte Lampen haben. Von der Decke, oder an der Wand. In der Preisklasse darf die Lampe nicht mit Kabel an einer Steckdose angeschlossen sein. Wirkt immer etwas billig.
