Marvelous home. What I love on the modern Marbella homes is the basement, which is more or less an entire floor with multiple purposes (gym, gameroom, bedrooms). Beautiful, with the view. Only remark for me would be the small kitchen. A bit too small for this home I think. But overall value for money!!

It’s a good thing thst all the houses are kitted out , picking colors and furniture etc would bee too much to deal with etc , all the designers are all on point , I’ve yet to see one of your houses that I don’t like the interiors

It is bit in a closed Urb, very few houses in Nueva Andalucía are within a completely closed Urb with 24hr security

In my opinion, the bedroom door in front of the living room is not a good idea. It have to be located in a retiring space. Despite that, the house is wonderful!

sidenote, I recommend going to a 4k camera as soon as possible. It both improves 2k video a lot but 4k is great for seeing fine luxury.

Not as big as the other houses you show..definitely still big enough for a family of 4,5,6..as for the the one basement bedrooms leading out to the carport..I think I will covers up that big sliding window..for privacy and safety issues..you never know if you home will be invaded by intruders..safety is big issue for me in this house.. and in many house you showed..

The kitchen isn’t great. If I am cooking there is no way I want to walk back and forth across the kitchen to the fridge. Would need reconfiguring unfortunately.
The house is good in general, but I have one problem. The guest bathroom being sperate from its bedroom? C'mon, why guest of all people...As a guest, Imagine running to the bathroom with a towel wrapped around your waist, while the family are chilling in the sitting room
The guest toilet is just a guest toilet as all the other bedrooms are en-suit 🤙🙏
