Talking of the doors, they are too narrow (as are some of the corridors) and the ceilings too low for a property at this price level. I think the developer tried to squeeze too many rooms into the floor area allowed for the plot.
Beautiful house, but I love how you guys banter with each other as brothers do. It had me smiling the whole time. Wonderful video as always!

compromise idea for the door problem: have a clean looking, traditional door that leads into the bedroom and the more modern, pocketing door that leads into the bathroom, which also saves space... so basically exactly like this house did :D

I absolutely love the interior , very elegant, classy and very inviting with the warm colour pallets and materials. The spaces also have a really nice flow. 👌

Another wonderful tour. I prefer the combination of traditional doors for the main bedroom door and pocketing doors for bathrooms and closets, or a separation between rooms. The peeing in the pool conversation literally had me cracking up. 😂

#TeamDominic Pocket doors are my favourite general feature; space saving, looks awesome, it’s something for those who love gadgets and modern features whilst also appealing to more retro tastes.
Generally, love this property, would have liked to see more space in the corridors and wider doorways to really help it feel open and accessible. Other than that, it’s gorgeous!

I'm with you Dominic, pocketing doors are better because they don't take up any space when open. This is a well thought out and nicely designed house. A good size but with a homely feeling. Patric, the editing was a bit too choppy for me on this one. I didn't get enough time to view the rooms and take it in. But love watching your videos guys 💕

Whats about crime in Marbella? Can you go out without being scared in the City? What about thieves plundering houses? Would love to buy something there
Guaranteed this house will come with top-of-the-line security system including video monitoring &alarms etc. The house is probably gated and in a gated community. Overall Marbella is a very safe city for day-to-day walking around. Marbella is compared to Beverly Hills ,California.
Very expensive city to live in 21% sales tax plus high property tax. A beautiful part of the world very popular with rich Europeans.

Exactly 💯 fully secured. For the quality of life you get here the taxes are actually not high
We lived here for over 20 years with no incidents, rubbery etc. It is a save place for sure.

The door frame boards (called jamb, pronounced jam) are actually unnecessary and would be cleaner without it. But a pocketing door would have a minimum offset but could look pretty clean. The issue is the jambs, not really pocket or not. Nice hidden hinges and magnetic lock though. Very nice house.

Beautiful property but why didn’t they put in a garage I don’t get it it’s probably just as important as having a kitchen, like someone else said a brand new build but with no solar system in place that’s another thing that should be priority. On the pocket door thing they use them to save space I prefer a standard door every time, a pocket door can never be flush with the wall only the frame just like Patrick said. Great video again beautifully presented better than watching some sitcoms these days 😂.

Schwer zu sagen, beide Orte haben vor und Nachteile. Wir präferieren Marbella, aber wohl nur weil wir hier zu Hause sind. Die Klippen und buchten von Malle sind aber schon sehr einzigartig

I have to agree with someone that has run into open doors the pocketed doors are better sorry Patrick :( I have this thing that I walk while sleeping and have hit my head a few times on open doors. How ever Patrick I do agree with you on the pocketed door frame :) outside of that the house was nice.

@@TheMarobrothers Sleep walking not a good thing though it has calmed down to not as much now but still do every once in awhile but it was bad when I was younger. Lol yes it was traveling to places I never been to really is an experience in case you did not know do not wake a sleep walker it can very much hurt them just help them to turn around and back into bed is all you can do. Do not touch them just stand in front of them they will turn around after they bump you. Yes pocketed doors will keep them in the room because the ones with handle can be open when asleep.

Pocketing doors are more for rooms that naturally flow into each other (kitchen/dîner bathroom/bedrooms). Basically, a pocketing door can be left open without disturbing the natural flow in the rooms...
After the shoot we had a physical encounter due to the pocketing door dispute 😜😜😜 jokes a side 💗
pocket door don`t need to hit anything while open or closing it. but the traditional door have this problem.

Traditional door for the win! You can see its a door,you dont make a mistake. You can easily grab it. It's just more convenient and actually separates areas better. I also dont like pivoting doors. All the flies and insects just come in behind it if you have it opened to walk in with your groceries. It's also a hassle to open and close it.

Traditional vs pocket doors, I would say I lean towards Patricks view, but not all the way. A room should have a traditional door, while commen areas should have pocket. I got two doors I practically never close, and there pocketdoors would be perfect. So basicly it depends on the use and the places it's between.

Lovely home, but where is the garage ??? If you own a home like this you properly have multiple cars as well. I get it that it is easy to add a garage near the main entrance but why is it not there already ?

What's taxes like on a property like this in Spain?
You have to count with an additional 11-15% on to of the sales price (transfer tax, stamp duty etc) and then pay a yearly property tax +garbage collection ! Then your personal electrical and water bill 💵
Difficult to say how much taxes you'd pay on this, would need to ask the agent.
