The best advice for hitting on girls at the gym is to focus on your own training and not them. When you get near them make eye contact, smile and say hi, and continuing doing what you’re doing. Act like you own the gym and you’re being friendly and confident with all the people training in your gym. If you act like this and forget about “hitting” on her you’ll do much better. Gym flirting is a long term game. If you end up as the dude who hits on chicks you’ll need to change gyms fast.

I agree with what you say (as a single woman), however I have noticed with myself that even when I'm focused on working out, I ALWAYS notice the men I find good looking or attractive. I may sneak a couple of glances and then move on, because of the kind of person I want to be is dignified and trusting in the universe to bring me a partner who is equally dignified and respectful, however I ALWAYS notice. I am usually friendly and will smile at men whom I don't perceive as unsafe. I feel that it's a good thing to be friendly, and appreciate the same as well. There's a man who attends my Pilates class as well as gym and we always smile and have some small talk - connection is key sometimes when living an isolated existence. Over the past year, I've seen at least 20 men at the gym I really wish I had the confidence to go up to and say hello, but I don't. I wish they would come up and say hello, and we could just be friendly, and that doesn't happen either. Maybe because I live in London UK and people here are a lot less extraverted or friendly than in Canada where I used to live. Perhaps that's why reading body language or developing our intuition comes in handy. I think I'll set intentions to regain my gains that I lost due to sugar addictions and also set the intention to have genuine gym friendships. Actually I had a rare occurrence of a very attractive (8.8/10) girl that i saw running at the gym usually, come and use the bench right near me when it was fairly open around us. I instantly knew it was an open door to talk to her. Got her number and two weeks later on our second date she left her juices all over my brand new couch. I doubt this would've happened in a major metro area, this occurred in a smaller city of 400k people. Women are easier to talk to and more manageable in smaller cities.

I agree with what you say (as a single woman), however I have noticed with myself that even when I'm focused on working out, I ALWAYS notice the men I find good looking or attractive.
I may sneak a couple of glances and then move on, because of the kind of person I want to be is dignified and trusting in the universe to bring me a partner who is equally dignified and respectful, however I ALWAYS notice.
I am usually friendly and will smile at men whom I don't perceive as unsafe. I feel that it's a good thing to be friendly, and appreciate the same as well. There's a man who attends my Pilates class as well as gym and we always smile and have some small talk - connection is key sometimes when living an isolated existence.
Over the past year, I've seen at least 20 men at the gym I really wish I had the confidence to go up to and say hello, but I don't.
I wish they would come up and say hello, and we could just be friendly, and that doesn't happen either.
Maybe because I live in London UK and people here are a lot less extraverted or friendly than in Canada where I used to live.
Perhaps that's why reading body language or developing our intuition comes in handy.
I think I'll set intentions to regain my gains that I lost due to sugar addictions and also set the intention to have genuine gym friendships.
Even with the women, they're not friendly unless I make some random comments about their sneakers or the weather or the government lol.
Actually I had a rare occurrence of a very attractive (8.8/10) girl that i saw running at the gym usually, come and use the bench right near me when it was fairly open around us. I instantly knew it was an open door to talk to her. Got her number and two weeks later on our second date she left her juices all over my brand new couch. I doubt this would've happened in a major metro area, this occurred in a smaller city of 400k people. Women are easier to talk to and more manageable in smaller cities.

I have honestly never approached a woman in the gym, I look pretty crazy. I wear an elevation mask when I go, along with wearing a hoodie or beanie to raise my core temperature. I just usually keep to myself and not talk to anyone. After seeing this video, it has opened my eyes to the many that have watched or followed me in the gym whenever I workout.

@@skyejacques its basically like working out with a k95 mask. The purpose is to restrict airflow to make your lungs work harder thus making them stronger when you remove the mask.

In the gym I often do circuit trainings and this one time I was the only person for the training and this girl I liked for a very long time suddenly joined the training while she normally never did the circuit trainings. Afterwards we talked for like 30 minutes about school and work and everything.
