They are no longer interested in talking to me when the cops show up and write them a ticket for breaking the law. And the inconsiderate jerks are even more overcome when the county business licensing dept revokes their permit for violating the law. It seems to work every time and the jerks are so overcome with my dis-interest, they don't bother me again.
