"The Big Chill" by Robert Bothwell does a good job at examining Canada's role in Geopolitics throughout the Cold War. "Empire to Umpire" by Norman Hillmer and J.L. Granatstein is another good look at Canadian international relations in the 20th Century. For a more detailed look at Canada's role in peacekeeping, Romeo Dallarie's memoir on Rwanda is also a good source.
