Jim, you talk about the Templar treasure going to America and Scotland. Well, I have been doing some research and have put together another place where much of the fortune was taken. It is important to understand the Templar treasure consisted of bank deposits belonging to the Templar Knights. Some Templars were arrested, tortured and killed because they could not tell the French King where the treasure was hidden. Many Templars did escape to Scotland. I do not give any credence to the idea that much of the treasure went to America, because it belonged to all the Templar Knights still alive. Many joined other groups the French King dared not attack. Therefore, if none of the treasure went to America, because it had not been discovered, Those Templars that escaped to Scotland most likely took whatever of the money or treasure that belonged to them, with them. My theory is that the remaining treasure that, remember still belonged to the surviving Templars was taken deep into the Swisse Alps, where it was guarded securely, by the Templars who did not wear their uniforms but the clothes of blacksmiths, backers farriers, carpenters, stone masons, tailors, and other tradesmen, which the King of France never saw slipping away into the high mountain villages, easy to defend if need be. This is not improbable if you have done your homework and understand the Templars were great builders, blacksmiths, etc. Templar's accounts continued to be serviced, not by carrying gold across Europe but by notes of credit, in fact, the first bank cheques. Centuries later Private Swiss banks opened their doors. The funds that underpinned the wealth of those banks was none other than the Templat's fortunes. In simple terms, to this day Swiss banking secrecy is strong and well.
A yacht is far more seaworthy than a sunseeker power boat. Sure they pitch and roll but a 56m yacht has a heavy fin keel and would right itself unless there was major water ingress
Jim, the first report came from a Captain fisherman - who said it was a waterspout that caused it. Like a tornado, it can do damage to a certain area, but not harm something nearby. So other boats in that area, would not necessary get hit by it...
Im not adventurous! Having wealth wouldn't make me want to jet off on a private plane, get on a sailing boat or go in a submersible - wealthy seem to have mishsps for their recreational pursuits? Being chauffeured by a drunk Parisian 😮? ..... Not fo mention hideous cosmetic procedures? Id be more than happy to stay ugly at home cooking and cleaning snd not worry about paying to have oven or heating on? Maybe afford some garden or diy help? Im an ok cook - christmas dinner a doddle! Although my kitchen timer is smoke alarm and at my most adventurous is a packet of scharwarna seasoning!! Good wishes!
Going to bed with hatches and portholes open? People were up when she sank. I think the weather must have been so bad that they were up. Water gained access to the interior of the yacht and she capsized, trapping those who were still towards the interior of the yacht.
You would presume a sinking would be easily survivable with a life vest and enough time to get out. You should know where the vests are of course. Perhaps they panicked or the man wouldn't leave his daughter.
If you're asleep, down below, in a maze of corridors and individual cabins and the vessel is rolled onto its side, you'll never get out. Your whole world has been turned through 90 degrees, maybe more, and sea water is surging through every doorway and hatch. It all probably happened in three or four minutes.
No mystery, suspect tall sailling ship hit by a squall, set on beam ends, filled with water (with open hatches) and sank, bit like HMS Royal George three hundred years ago....condolences for the loss of life...
I'm Sorry all this pussy footing around is once again the elephant in the room. Do these upper powers think we are totally stupid. I think it's more than a coincidence. Great show Jim keep it up son ........
Interesting. I curiously looked up the meaning of the word Bayesian, being the name of the yacht. here is what it said. : being, relating to, or involving statistical methods that assign probabilities or distributions to events (such as rain tomorrow) or parameters (such as a population mean) based on experience or best guesses before experimentation and data collection and that apply Bayes' theorem to revise the probabilities. Now taken on its own you might think what of it and leave it at that. Then you add the fact that "related to" this event is the court case that just took place and "related to" this the codefendant met an untimely death in a traffic accident, call me a conspiracy nut but wtf. Is anyone else seeing this?
I do like riparian activities - started in a canoe upgraded to spc 23 with twin volvo engines!! Not that it went far up ditch of river it was moored in! Used to get shouted & sworn at for creating a wash by people bobbing about next the bank. AHOY THEREEEE. And bent the prop in a tree roots turning round 😂 Can't water ski off back 4mph?😊 and the fish finder went unused.
Hello !! Condolences to those involved. Not really a mystery - it was the weather. A water spout and nr hurricane wind broke the big mast which collapsed onto the boat tipping it over? DESIGN? Escape hatches? Emergency drills? It seems anyone can get on yacht trip but not told how to escape it should the worst happen??
Hi Jim, a waterspout has a small footprint and short duration, they often meander around and could easily hit one vessel metres away from another that is untouched. I understand the vessel had two swim platforms or beaches as the sales people call them, these are sections that fold out over the water, if either of these was open along with an interior door, she could go down in seconds. I don't think ports or accomodation doors would be open as the yacht would have a climate control system. The wind could easily heel her over and if those sections were open, it wouldn't need much angle of heel for water to freely enter.
It's all gone a bit Maxwell !
Been in all kinds of weather from like a millpond to hurricane force and still baffled by this
Starmer is doing about these boats coming over the same thing he did when he was suppose to prosecute Jimy Saville. Absolutely fu@@ing nothing.
Dinghies never seem to capsize. Coming in everyday full of people. Hmmmm
The odds of both of them to die like this must be more than a billion to one I think someone got their revenge for them being found innocent
Absolutely, not a coincidence

Jim, what a sensible, compassionate, informed talk about the sea, and this tragedy rather than a conspiracy theory. Thank you.
‘Shit though a goose’ 😂
AND his business partner mysteriously killed while out running!!
A yacht is far more seaworthy than a sunseeker power boat. Sure they pitch and roll but a 56m yacht has a heavy fin keel and would right itself unless there was major water ingress
Open hatches?
Ask the people who were most offended by the verdict if you want a motive !
Hi jim, Many thanks for your update. It's lovely to see you take care
There's no such thing as a coincidence Jim, you should know that
His business partner was killed, not an associate.
Jim, the first report came from a Captain fisherman - who said it was a waterspout that caused it. Like a tornado, it can do damage to a certain area, but not harm something nearby. So other boats in that area, would not necessary get hit by it...
A report. Came out that at time harp was doing weather experiments in Alaska ..

Why didnt they have a dingy or a lifeboat? Even illegal immigrants can get a dinghy?
Well said Jim 😮😮

Probably.

I thought is was unsinkable, but then again they said that about the titanic
God bless you Jim love from Brum.
Jim, I read that it was anchored at 150m not feet (it was 500m offshore, so quite deep).
It’s been said the ones who perished were asleep in the lower part of the boat.
Newspapers??? you read fake news 🤣
Few very dodgy year ahead Jim for sure, have a good day, what was the life jacket situation on that yacht do you know mate?
I thought It was hit by a waterspout, commonly defined as tornadoes over water, that was in the first reports.
Sail a yacht not drive maybe the Keil was not dropped fully down

I don't think it was a 'hit and run'. The woman driver was arrested at the scene of the accident.
Mark.

No mystery’ it’s the weather 🤦♂️
The weather didn't kill his business partner days before
Act of God?
Height of the mast caused imbalance.....
