I’m going to have to do a riff off of this recipe. Putting them on the tostadas doesn’t do it for me. I think rather I’m going to make some sort of spiced or cilantro, rice and add to it to help soak up the juice and turn it into a cold salad.

A quick tip: you can add some mayo to the tostada before putting the cocktail on top to help it adhere to the tostada.
I personally don’t like mayo on my seafood tostadas, tuna salad is the only exception

If you’re referring to the Tajin the easiest way that I use it is to sprinkle it on sliced cucumbers.. Some people eat it on fruit as well..
