The reason you don't feel the difference in weight is because you are a wrist player. Most competitive players go with a rather low sensitivity, and the lower the weight the better in that case. But yeah their marketing is just a tragedy.
Well they go low sensitivity at a certain point where you can use your arm for general adjustment and wrist for fine adjustment. This allows better movement in general and reduces strain on the wrist. You see low weight has its own issues like a main example being Jitter (getting jump-scared, readjusting aim, something people do naturally playing games, and etc) while weightier mice have the issue of getting caught on the mousepad and/or making the mousepad feel bumpy. At the end of the day it comes down the personal preference (pros players do not use Air58 which is self-explanatory). The only Issue I came with these mice for me is whenever I re-adjust my aim because I tend to use a loose grip so the mouse tilts but thats just me.
I have one. I will say for the launch price it might be worth it, but for the resale price you may as well get a gpro wireless. At this point though, just wait for the glorious odin I definitely reserved one for myself :)

That’s because some people still haven’t seen this product even after spending money on it.😂 Luckily for me I didn’t fall for it, still happy with my GPW 😁
Brutally honest rant reviews are honestly the best. They are so personalize without the promo agenda. It's what the consumer really needs and I appreciated you doing that. Don't ever apologize for it, Frank.
Hey man, I'm completely on your side and understand the frustration and dampened hype from FinalMouse. I spent two years dealing with companies in a factory/warehouse setting and you are absolutely correct when saying they "they think the consumer is dumb" by saying they took away "5" people to respond to emails. That's not how warehouses work; they have office staff ie: HR, admins, sales, operations and customer service reps to handle those type of things. Warehouse individuals are there to process orders and get stuff shipped out, plain and simple. I feel you man! Nice rant...and video as well!
From a business perspective, marketing the mouse with Ninja is a smart move. Enables them to sell more to their target market. Yes they may have underestimed the work load but that is probably due to the fact that they are a small company. Also when you have a small company, often job roles are flexible and people are moved around in order to meet demand, especially during a big launch. The fact they moved people away from their warehouse onto customer support shows that they care about the care of their customers.... Also, a company who manufactures products has to send them to the Amazon warehouse first. They aren't manufactured in the Amazon warehouse...it's called FBA. I appreciate that you have ideas of how they can do better but you clearly don't understand the operations within a business, especially during a launch. Enjoy the product for what it is, give them some slack considering the are a somewhat small company and appreciate that they are trying to provide for their customers.
"Air-gonomic" Not sure if you did that on purpose but I laughed lol I also really appreciated the end of the video. I'd love to see more thoughts like that.
seen alot of your vids over the last months , this one felt honest and real . subbed ! i used my air58 for 3 days then went back to my good old white g305 !
I totally agree. I have the blue version. I got it as a Christmas present and my mom ordered it January 5th and got it yesterday. I live like an hour away from the place where they shipped it. Insane.
@@biggie10101 As a matter of fact I do have one. It's a pretty damn good mouse. Yet it didn't live up to the insurmountable hype that was created by finalmouse. It is a good mouse.
I think it's overpriced. Logitech Wireless GPro is like 150 and it's wireless at 80 grams... or the Wireless version of the G302, which has like 50 hours on a single AA battery, which costs 60 bucks...
Proud of you for being an independent content creator and being honest and not always sucking up to companies that you review products for. Thats why we like randomfrankp!
"I no longer had hype" Being hyped is a mistake in itself. If you're trying to be a responsible consumer that aims for the betterment of fellow consumers, never EVER jump into the hypetrain. This is what really happened: They hyped it up too much (though, to be honest, hyping something up already is a terrible marketing move in my perspective) and when people got their mouse, they were underwhelmed.
without a qst ! and not just sweat , but dust as well ! thats why you dnt see big name companies attempt such thing , they think it through. unlike final mouse apparently.
Giosue Iglesias if you’re gaming and using a wireless mouse. You’re making a mistake. In terms of gaming, almost everything should be wired to get a stronger and more stable connection.
FinalMouse: We not a good company?? *breaks down door* FINALMOUSE OPEN UP! *runs and grabs mouse back* FinalMouse: THANKS FOR YOUR MONEY NOW DON'T SAY THAT WE ARE A BAD COMPANY!
The funny thing about this mouse is that I wanted to buy one but every time I tried to open the European site I couldn't buy it! That's why I bought the logitech g pro wireless. Absolutely love it so far!
I followed them on twitter and they had the most cringy tweets and overhyped the thing wayyyy too much. They also lied and said it wasn’t branded (which it was obv)
The scroll wheel on mine lost all grip in 2 weeks, i then bought a g pro wireless and the scroll wheel is made of plastic so the feel on it hasnt changed since when I unboxed it, and it being wireless at still an amazing weight has taken my heart over the air58
People working in the customer service department and having them work on the distribution floor is actually common. That’s how it works at the company I work for, and we do it every day
Love the honest review. Customer experience means a lot. Finalmous’s latest tweet (today) cracked me up “We are not making mice anymore. We are making a wave that will ripple through the universe. It will help you walk on your haters. We are making FINAL sensor. Because we can do whatever we want. 58 days to ship the air58. We never miss windows” I think they’re oblivious and there are better options out there. Feel bad for the consumers.
@@owen_spencer but you can feel the difference. Just same as 60hz monitor, can't go over 60fps on it , but you can feel the difference when your fps is higher than 60
I bought the mouse in under 30 seconds after the drop. I also live in Kentucky about 2 hours from their warehouse and it was delivered on January 19th in a yellow envelope lol. Not even a box, but I’m not even mad it’s a great mouse
Trust us. We all had the same experience with Finalmouse. Your rant is more than justified. My 3 took nearly 2 months. What got me (additionally to your concerns) was that they serviced the thousands of bot orders who bought too many before legit customers, which took nearly 2 weeks itself. It's a cool mouse but not THAT cool, not worth it overall if I'm being honest. Either way - Thanks for the video always love your stuff ✌🏻
funny story, i finally got my mouse last week like 58 days after i ordered it, i still have yet to unbox it and use it, just kept using my gpro with pwm3366 in that time without the air58 and i fell in love so much i actually ordered another one because the new logitech mice come with the hero sensor and i didnt like it, oh even more of a funny story, both of my gpros in total still cost less than the air58...oh and even funnier story both of them arrived at my door 2 days after i ordered it....because u know amazon prime i loved my finalmouse ultralight sunset (besides the horrid cable, which i could mod if i want too), the phantom i ordered had some issues and yes their customer support is atrocious, it basically took me an arm and a leg to get them to believe my issues were actual issues, finally got a replacement and just sold the replacement phantom on ebay, so now the only reason i want to pull the air58 out of the box is to make sure its working as intended...lol, oh and their twitter posts are like someone ate an eighth of mushrooms and just started posting maniacal shit, but overall like what you said frank, i love their products but everything else is 1 out of 10, but no mouse is perfect, im always on the rampant search for the coveted "perfect" mouse maybe it will be glorious' Odin, please review this one when it comes out
I really do appreciate hearing your opinion, if I didn’t, I wouldn’t be here. Though I do think that when picking stuff like this, it’s all personal preference. I just like this mouse because it’s light, and light is my preference. I also like the sound of the buttons, and I like 60%/TKL keyboards and the reason I will probably buy this one is because I’ll have more space to use a lightweight mouse. Love the style
@@Zebruhfy I don't use a gaming mouse. But I game using the Logitech MX Master. I love love love it personally. I'm sure I could do a bit better in games with a wired gaming mouse, but I just enjoy heavy, Thicc mice. So if heavy isn't your thing, stay away.
Your rant reminds me of my experience with MadCatz. I bought earbuds directly from them and i was displeased with them, never really heard a difference between them and the earbuds my phone comes with, so I wasted $50. Tried getting a refund but they totally ignored my 3 different messages about it. Then after the "30 day return policy" that is when I get a message back and basically got the "Well you bought theses (so so day) and cannot be processed for a full refund" So they purposely did that so i couldn't get my money back.

Let us not forget the whole, "This product will be like nothing you've ever seen before" line.
That’s because some people still haven’t seen this product even after spending money on it.😂 Luckily for me I didn’t fall for it, still happy with my GPW 😁
@@KaymalaHarris i got the gpw and air58 and im enjoying both
Great to see a tech UA-camr who makes money off selling things to an audience be so critical of a company. Subbed.
Brutally honest rant reviews are honestly the best. They are so personalize without the promo agenda. It's what the consumer really needs and I appreciated you doing that. Don't ever apologize for it, Frank.
*IF IT WAS CALLED TFUE AIR58 IT WOULD GET MORE SALES*

Pokimane Air58

but they sold out instantly
What if they made the next mouse out of Aerogels. that would be cool lmao
Subscribed because of brutal honesty. Thank you.
So bad that they can't do a better job, it looks like a great mouse. Thanks for your honesty
"Air-gonomic" Not sure if you did that on purpose but I laughed lol
I also really appreciated the end of the video. I'd love to see more thoughts like that.
On a side note.. i love my new Scump Astro 40 headset and my seinfeld racer gaming chair
epic
seen alot of your vids over the last months , this one felt honest and real . subbed ! i used my air58 for 3 days then went back to my good old white g305 !
I totally agree. I have the blue version. I got it as a Christmas present and my mom ordered it January 5th and got it yesterday. I live like an hour away from the place where they shipped it. Insane.
+Is this your church mouse
- Lol no, why
+It’s kinda holy

MelonNF no, but sometime you gotta like your own comment to get the ball rolling
This is a prime example of awful company, pretty decent product.
its more than pretty decent product.. u dont even have one how do you want to judge
"I no longer had hype"
Being hyped is a mistake in itself.
When your hands sweat, will the sweat affect the mice?
without a qst ! and not just sweat , but dust as well ! thats why you dnt see big name companies attempt such thing , they think it through. unlike final mouse apparently.
not just sweat, hair and dust especially when you have pets get through the holes and make the hexagons dirty
Apparently no, bcz internals are protected. [How do I know? I use it]
screw finalmouse i’m sticking to the g pro wireless. 80grams and wireless.
People think a finalmouse will make them play like a pro
Same
im happy with my DeathAdder Elite, a Legendary Shape
Hana Song i’m still using mine that goes up to 3500dpi for almost 10 years now
Giosue Iglesias if you’re gaming and using a wireless mouse. You’re making a mistake. In terms of gaming, almost everything should be wired to get a stronger and more stable connection.
FinalMouse: We not a good company??
*breaks down door*
FINALMOUSE OPEN UP!
*runs and grabs mouse back*
FinalMouse: THANKS FOR YOUR MONEY NOW DON'T SAY THAT WE ARE A BAD COMPANY!
The funny thing about this mouse is that I wanted to buy one but every time I tried to open the European site I couldn't buy it!
That's why I bought the logitech g pro wireless. Absolutely love it so far!
Man it's always makes me so happy to see that you finally hit 1 million subs .....well deserved
Clicking with my logitech G pro wireless

Clicking with my corsair harpoon mouse
Razer basilisk here 😘
clicking with genius mouse ball.
Clicking with my thumb
I followed them on twitter and they had the most cringy tweets and overhyped the thing wayyyy too much. They also lied and said it wasn’t branded (which it was obv)
I like kinda heavy mouses so this is kinda irrelevant for me, but I watched the video and this company is just bad
Its easier with heavier mice so im with you
have u tried a really light mouse
or are u just a too high sens player caus with a too high sens u cant feel weight
Lmao i play with 400dpi
The scroll wheel on mine lost all grip in 2 weeks, i then bought a g pro wireless and the scroll wheel is made of plastic so the feel on it hasnt changed since when I unboxed it, and it being wireless at still an amazing weight has taken my heart over the air58
People working in the customer service department and having them work on the distribution floor is actually common. That’s how it works at the company I work for, and we do it every day
I am still waiting for my mouse:( REGRET BUYING IT)
honestly wouldnt mind a wireless version just for productivity work.

Love the honest review. Customer experience means a lot. Finalmous’s latest tweet (today) cracked me up
“We are not making mice anymore. We are making a wave that will ripple through the universe. It will help you walk on your haters. We are making FINAL sensor. Because we can do whatever we want. 58 days to ship the air58. We never miss windows”
I think they’re oblivious and there are better options out there. Feel bad for the consumers.
Cheaper better options out there. Besides I dislike the look of it
Nowhere near being worth the price. Two buttons only, 500 HZ, etc.
you cannot feel the difference between 500 and 1000 hz... I'm not a fanboy of the mouse I have a logitech g305 but just saying
@@ciru. But it is different. Compare to its competitors, which all have 1000 hz and much cheaper price, it makes people think: is it worth $200+?
Dennis Ho Well I don’t think it is and the shitty buisness tactics that finalmouse uses are bad
U can't even use 1000hz no moniter or pcs can do it
@@owen_spencer but you can feel the difference. Just same as 60hz monitor, can't go over 60fps on it , but you can feel the difference when your fps is higher than 60
I’ll be playing with the ninja air58 with my AirPod58
I bought the mouse in under 30 seconds after the drop. I also live in Kentucky about 2 hours from their warehouse and it was delivered on January 19th in a yellow envelope lol. Not even a box, but I’m not even mad it’s a great mouse
You aren't mad cause you were earlier...think about the people who are yet to get it and the way they recieve it (aka the envelope)
Lone Beast I just bought one from eBay for $140
Speak the truth man! Finally someone who actually sees the bad stuff this company does.
No not the streamer, It was ROCKET JUMP NINJA
NOT FORTNITE NINJA
looking for this comment. Big yIkEs when ppl hear ninja and it auto corrects to FORNITE NINJA OMG YOU WONT BELIVE CLICK IF OYU DARE
Um ur wrong

Imagine a wireless Logitech G502
Or a G403
Surprised they havent done it. I'd also like to see an upgraded g403, 603 or whatever, with the same sensor and weight of the g pro wireless
I love that you are so honest in this video, it helps a lot!
If you go on the website for final mouse, every single mouse they offer is sold out
No RGB = No deal
Cna you see though your hand?
Rgb is kinda pointless when u think about it
I would definitely buy a randomfrankp g502 mouse

funny story, i finally got my mouse last week like 58 days after i ordered it, i still have yet to unbox it and use it, just kept using my gpro with pwm3366 in that time without the air58 and i fell in love so much i actually ordered another one because the new logitech mice come with the hero sensor and i didnt like it, oh even more of a funny story, both of my gpros in total still cost less than the air58...oh and even funnier story both of them arrived at my door 2 days after i ordered it....because u know amazon prime
i loved my finalmouse ultralight sunset (besides the horrid cable, which i could mod if i want too), the phantom i ordered had some issues and yes their customer support is atrocious, it basically took me an arm and a leg to get them to believe my issues were actual issues, finally got a replacement and just sold the replacement phantom on ebay, so now the only reason i want to pull the air58 out of the box is to make sure its working as intended...lol, oh and their twitter posts are like someone ate an eighth of mushrooms and just started posting maniacal shit, but overall like what you said frank, i love their products but everything else is 1 out of 10, but no mouse is perfect, im always on the rampant search for the coveted "perfect" mouse maybe it will be glorious' Odin, please review this one when it comes out
I really do appreciate hearing your opinion, if I didn’t, I wouldn’t be here.
*Buys a Ninja Air58 Mouse*

I don't even like light mice.
I prefer mice to be around 120 grams.
Anyone know a way to get one of these at a reasonable price around $100 but not off a third party website like ebay?
Zebrify They’re not worth 20$ even, save your money if your gonna spend that much money buy something better.
@@quinnd3726 like what?
@@Zebruhfy I don't use a gaming mouse. But I game using the Logitech MX Master. I love love love it personally. I'm sure I could do a bit better in games with a wired gaming mouse, but I just enjoy heavy, Thicc mice. So if heavy isn't your thing, stay away.
G102 is enough for me
I had no problem with Final Mouse collaborating with Ninja. The price is the only problem for me.
