I had 13 enclosures and noticed that the upload page doesn't display anything past ten so it doesn't allow you to insert descriptions to populate the enclosure listings. To remedy this, I made a note of that limitation on functionality and wrote in my own enclosure descriptions in the free text portion of the letter, adhering to proper format. I also noticed the attachments tab in the top right showed the total uploads but my attempts to edit that page didn't succeed. ESSBD needs someone to fix the programming.

Where do you find out what to type in for your enclosure page. I.E. upper right hand corner full name and DOD etc. That’s the only issue I’m having.

Chief ever see it where no confirmation emails were sent? I did the exact process as you but never received an email. Moreover, my submission status shows “you accepted” and it was submitted. Just can’t figure out why I never received any emails. I went back and checked again and my email is correct. Any guidance?
How long to get the email?? I submitted, got the gray screen, but no email.

Using ESSBD method you didn’t edit the from line on your cover page adding your 10 digit DOD ID number. I’m confused whether we do this. I know the email method says we must put that on there. Is it because ESSBD method is different than email?
Chief I have a few questions. In the past we have had to include the amount of enclosures like please include enclosures (#) through (#), is that no longer a thing? If we are speaking to a certain enclosure (like missing eval) how do you go about that on the LTB, as we use to have to ref the enclosure # as a reference point. My final questions is if there is anything different that needs to be done if I am submitting more than one LTB?

I does not automatically do. You have to do it yourself.

I’m having issues reducing my KB size for upload
Did you hit the reduce file size button
You can submit multiple letters to the board, all with different attachments.

@@deonthomas4895 To utilize the "reduce file size" option in Adobe, go to "file" and look there. It is only available in the paid Adobe DC version of the program. I went ahead and signed up for the free 7 day trial, but I'm definitely cancelling because it's a monthly subscription.
Do we still need to sign each enclosure??
Its in the NAVADMIN for selection board on what you must put on each enclosure. Let me know if you dont find it.
Hello! I did not receive an EMAIL after I had submitted. I did use a personal email and have been told by others they did not either. I did accept in the to-do list and it did disappear. I called MNCC and they said they did see I accepted it. Any other site or locating i can verify?
