Thank you, first thing I found that looks like the windows that I have and I'm glad that I will not need to disassemble the frame like I thought I would!
I tried on one window. The corner of my window had a screw in it like yours, that was easy enough to remove but now it doesn’t screw in. It just drops in and there’s no resistance, like something is missing. Anyone know how to fix this? 🤷🏻♀️. My windows are old single pane in what looks like aluminum frames. My house was built in the 70’s.
Omg, solved my own dilemma! If anyone is trying this. The screw goes back in at an angle. Angle it outwards and keep trying to screw it in until it catches what I'm assuming is a channel or track inside the frame. It took a few tries but I got both corners tightened back up.
fantastic video. love the additional explanation of how everything works. really helpful. thank you!
Glad it was helpful!
I should have done this in the summer and not when it's -40c outside 😂

Where do you find this weather strippping?
Home Depot or some hardware store
Can't find it at Home Depot, Lowes, ACE. Can you send a link or exact description to search online. Thanks in advance.

Glazing suppliers, it's sliding door or screen door component too
