- 🔵 🌙 This is a Full Moon Meditation for the Harvest Supermoon in September 29/30 2023. This is the last SuperMoon month of 2023. This is a Guided Meditation & Chakra Alignment for the Moon in Aries.
Today we have the last Supermoon of 2023 in Aries on September 28th. And then we are entering the eclipse season in October. It is a time you may feel the energies are shifting, things are changing, things are shifting, transforming - and it’s time to take action now.
The next month will be a dance between Venus and Mars - taking action, being courageous, doing things in a harmonious way. Time to stop procrastination and to get into the spirit of Aries, which is where, in your innermost being, you know in your life areas, where you have to take some action. Where do you need to tell yourself the truth about a situation? And finally take action! It’s time to reevaluate where you need to move forward.
In this meditation, we will go through all the chakras and look at areas where we need to reevaluate and take action. So with that intention, let’s begin.

WHO AM I:
I discovered Meditation and truly fell in love with it in 2020 through the pandemic. I would think meditation is about having an empty mind and staying still. If you ask my mother, she would say that's not possible. But the more I studied, the more I realised, meditation is not about being still and serious, it's about being present, being conscious and being open to what comes next. Whatever it might be. Just welcoming everything. I feel honoured and humbled to share my practice with you.
