This is a guided full moon meditation. In this guided meditation, immerse yourself to the sound of the Tibetan Singing Bowls, relax your mind, focus inwards, release stress from the Chakras. You may choose to sit or lie down for this guided meditation. Just be comfortable. You can also do this as a sleep meditation. 🙏

This month we have the Full Moon in Pisces. Today’s meditation is a special Harvest moon meditation. We are in a season of transition. It’s a period of struggle between darkness and light. A period of hope. A time to reap what you have sowed through the year. A period to slow down and lead yourself to what you need. 🙏

WHO AM I:
I discovered Meditation and truly fell in love with it in 2020 through the pandemic. I would think meditation is about having an empty mind and staying still. If you ask my mother, she would say that's not possible. But the more I studied, the more I realised, meditation is not about being still and serious, it's about being present, being conscious and being open to what comes next. Whatever it might be. Just welcoming everything. I feel honoured and humbled to share my practice with you.

Thank you for this meditation. I’m learning to meditate in the dark, and tried doing it tonight with this meditation. Though this meditation was beautiful, I still had a bit of anxiety (due to my fear of the dark). Stoped at about 17 mins.
I’m going to try this again tmr and the next day until I complete the whole video.
