[Makes 12 mini cube cakes; 3 of each flavour]
✨ BASE
: 240g unsalted butter (HAS to be room temp)
: 200g sugar
: 240g/5 medium-sized eggs (HAS to be room temp)
✨ MATCHA
: 55g cake flour
: 1 tsp baking powder
: 5g matcha powder
: 25g white choc (opt.)
- Glaze: 50g white choc, 1 tsp matcha powder, crushed dried strawberries
✨ HOJICHA
: 55g cake flour
: 1 tsp baking powder
: 5g hojicha powder
: 25g white choc (opt.)
- Glaze: 50g white choc, 1 tsp hojicha powder
✨ EARL GREY
: 60g cake flour
: 1 tsp baking powder
: 15g earl grey cream (cream 50g + 1 tsp earl grey leaves /1 tea bag)
: 2 tsp earl grey leaves/2 tea bags
- Glaze: 50g sugar powder, 15g Earl Grey Cream
✨ CHOCOLATE
: 50g cake flour
: 10g cocoa powder
: 1 tsp baking powder
: 10g dark choc (opt.)
- Glaze: 50g dark chocolate, 10g minced almond
Preheat oven to 180℃ for 10 mins / Bake @170℃ for 30 mins

Hi there, the whole cake mould is 29.4x16.8x5cm. I’m not sure what the individual measurements are for each cake (only that they are 5cm deep), but you can check the mould out from the link in the description box for the mould! I used the 8-cavity one 🙌

Hello,☺️I’ve question! Why you fridge cakes for 3days?
It helps the cake have a better texture and taste better 😋
@@a_bbi_boo will it mean the cake will spoil faster when we give to our friends? Since it already got baked for 3 days
Since it is kept stored in the refrigerator, it will last for another 2 days at most after you ice it! Refrigerating it for 3 days won’t spoil it :)
@@a_bbi_boo hi! What about store it for more than 3 days? Will it be fine?
You can store for at most 2 more days after you decorate it with icing! So total 5 days whether you ice it or not :)
