네^^제 영상 보시면 아시겠지만 1:1:1 비율 아니여도 잘 부풀어 오릅니다🤗 제 겅험상 부풀어 오르지 않는 원인이 여러개 있는데
1. 오버믹싱 2. 오븐의 온도
이런 경우가 있었어요. 베이킹이 여러 복합적인 상호 작용에 의해 변수가 많은거 같아요. 그래서 베이킹을 과학이라고 하나봐요~
