I vaguely remember there's something like that here in America. You can be a legal "guardian" of an old person in need, like with dementia, etc. A lady took advantage of that system and stole money from 3 elders.
In romania if an older person has proprietary and has no heirs is ok for them to adopt a family that will look after them and they inherit the property, better than leaving it to the state! And die lonely!
You can "adopt a grandparent " . Volunteer at your local convalescent home.😃💙 I love old people. I always have. Now as an adult I meet people who sometimes need a weekend away from their elder parents so I will go an "elderly sit" as I say. Rather then baby sit if it's kids I'm watching. I don't mind that they retell the same story each visit because my short term memory isn't as strong as I would like. Besides, it's fun to ask different questions during different times the story is told. 😃💙 They have my heart.💙
Were Sarah and Phillip ad libbing? If so, that was amazing. It makes sense they would be: both of them are very quick witted and entertaining when things go off-script.
@@danhansson409 don't waste your breath... americans think there's a british accent (which is actually english), then there's scots and irish. The welsh don't get look in. They haven't got a clue about brummie, cockney, geordie, scouse, manc, west country etc.
@@exceltraining Yanks do even recognise their own accents. At one time the quintessential american accent as far as they were concerned was that used by their news readers (who were Canadian).
Why on gods green earth are english shows so much better than german tv shows? And why do your stars appear to be so much nicer? Jesus, I seriously need to move.
Anyone else interested in the ACTUAL logistics of getting her couch out of the middle of the floor?!? I keep going back to when she asked Noel Edmonds about the little people switching the boxes from under the floor and giggle to myself that that is how her little couch is moved or maybe they use a big magnet!!
Lynn Giesbrecht In Hollywood, it's a simple fishing wire tied to the legs and pulled by staff. Usually that's how to move furniture on stage because it's cheaper.
Shows on the BBC are very rarely broadcast live, and even when they are, they have a 90 second delay (with the exception of NYE). I don't think this was aired live, so they will have simply stopped recording and reset. If it were live, then it will all be down to camera angles. The camera shots will have been plotted, and either one shot or a collection of shots will allow that area to be blindspotted so crew can get on unseen by the viewer at home and move it. If you get a chance to sit in a studio audience then do so cos you see all the interesting mechanics behind it.
Does he have a bit of just for men down below? Yep 2020 he has lol. We love you Sarah, we love you Phillip, she sent him a glittery card, he hates glitter.

Sarah is stunningly brilliant and quick. Her improvised remarks are as funny as the scripted ones.

In light of this week's news from Phillip, this takes on a WHOLE new meaning...
For those of us watching years later, we need you to tell us the news!
@@alliseburris3625 Phillip came out of the closet. So Sarah's crushing on him is a little bit... useless at this point, I'm afraid.
@@scottdj111 TVM--that news does make her crush and his wedding ring look different!
